recall check box
When using the "recall" for scheduling past dues Pt's it would be helpful to have a check box or a way to identify which patients have been contacted and who has scheduled. We have a couple of team members using this recall option and it makes it difficult when we dont know who has called who on the list

Analytics Tool Viewing
It would be great if we could view our practice analytics in the admin portal, or if the desktop ap screen could be made full size. There is so much great info the analytics tool but it is really hard to view and digest it all on such a tiny scale.

Add credit card type and last 4 digits to payment summary
Credit Card Type and last 4 digits of the card are requested by our practice management software. Is it possible to add these numbers to the payment summary report in the admin portal - so I could print or export rather than printing every receipt?

Voice Mail Audit
As a Practice Mgr. I would like some type of ability to check on VM that are left at different departments are being listened to / worked timely and no setting for hours upon hours. Some type of report etc....

Send forms to multiple recipients
Forms need to be more interactive, such as sending in bulk to patients. Right now you have to send each one individually which is not even close to being ideal. If i have to send a reminder to 40 patients it's way to time consuming. Also an app for i pad i hope is coming soon?? The goal with forms was to go as paperless as possible and we even purchased 4 new i pads that we can't use.

Transfer calls from app to office phones
Please give the IOS & Android app the ability to transfer calls. I do not have an office phone to set up at home and I cannot transfer calls on my cellphone through the app.

Compatibility
We would like to be able to use payments - but we are in Canada!

Paging adapter (algo 8301) support
I would like to see official support for a paging adapter (we have the Algo 8301 per Weave's recommendation a few years ago) so that we can keep using it without difficulty.

Notification when system is not synced
Please incorporate a notification when there is something wrong with the sync application or when the system is no longer connected to Dentrix.

easy button for Forms right on app
I think on the text messages that there should be a button that can be clicked to send forms via text and it will create a link for the patient to click on from that text message. And also give an option what for to send. It would make thins a lot easier doing it right from the weave app instead of going into the portal just to send.

Emails to inform us of problems with Weave
I would love to see an email go out to our office when you are experiencing problems and when you expect the problem to be resolved. I waited on hold for 56 mins today for someone to tell me that you are all aware. I am currently on hold again to speak with someone else about the matter. This is taking away value time from me serving our patients.

Patient list filters
- When using the analytics list of overdue patients I apply a filter to separate Perio from Prophy patients. When I go into a patients profile to leave a contact note then go back to the list the filter is no longer applied. I have to then reapply the filter to continue working. Also if I am using a list and go to a patient's profile, when I go back to the list it has gone back to the beginning of the list. Very inconvenient to have to scroll through to the point in the list I was working from.

Export CSV or Excel file from weave client database
Currently, we can import CSV from practice software and upload it to Weave. I would like to have option to export CSV file or Excel file from Weave (client database). Thank you.

Billing Ideas
It would be really nice if when payments come in they would be different colors if they are paid in office or paid via text. Or even have two different areas for those payments to keep them separated more easily since they are different fees.
Also, It would be nice to have a place to mark that it was posted on the actual app and not just in the Admin Portal. The Admin portal is nice for End of month, but it would be nice to have it on the app for a daily check for staff not just managers/owners.

Competed follow ups should be sorted latest first. Right now I have to scroll through hundreds to see what was recently completed

iPad App Landscape Mode
iPad App landscape mode. Please add landscape mode as an option for the iPad app (automatically chaning based on the orientation of the iPad). Currently, only portrait is available and this doesn't work with a keyboard (which is essential for using weave as a text messaging platform)

Adding RCS support for messaging should be a priority!
Now that iOS and Android both support RCS (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rich_Communication_Services) Weave should prioritize supporting the standard as soon as possible.
Key Reasons:
RCS has encryption which is safer for communicating about HIPAA related topics.
RCS allows for higher quality image transmission which allows us to better monitor patients conditions remotely and plan better to schedule time.
RCS allows us to see "read receipts" when patients see our messages, but forget to respond.

Being able to save custom fax cover sheet within fax builder
Instead of uploading a custom fax cover sheet, I'd like to use the "start cover sheet" and be able to customize that sheet using the dynamic fields and have it saved so I can use it again without creating it over again for each new fax.

Updating Communication Preferences
It's a nice feature that patients are able to update their communication preferences for themselves. However, if we as an office choose to make an update to those preferences, is it necessary that a text message go out to the patient notifying them that we made a change? At minimum, could you add a second step requiring confirmation of awareness that a message will go out to the patient acknowledging the change we made?

More than one Override
I would like to be able to build out our office hours to include all Holidays so setting an override isnt forgotten. I would think as many override options as possible with a start and end time for each or a calendar view that allows you to set/change hours.
