SMS recognition
It would be really cool if WEAVE could automatically recognize telephone numbers that are sms and don't require being keyed in a specific spot . Solution Reach had this capability. It just helped us save a step. =)

Pushing Manual Texts
Weave Messaging v2 Beta - this version will not allow a manual text without a # being entered into our patient software. Some of our parents do not want to receive texts except for the day before, or a non-custodial parent needs a manual text the day before. cdc guidelines changing
We feel with CDC guidelines changing that it would be beneficial to add a question after name and date. The 1st ? be are you fully vaccinated, if so skip questions 1-10. Please sign and date. You must be able to validate your fully vaccinated.

alert for inoperative settings
Our office had set up another automatic reminder to go out the night before to warn our patients of the construction blocking one of the mail roads used to get to our office. We had set the message to go out 5 pm the night before and had also previously set up our wellness forms to go out at that time too. when we came to the office Monday none of the construction alert text went out so we changed it to 6 pm thinking it was overwhelming the system with text to go out at the same time. errors, annoyances, system needs updated, freezes, slow, ridiculous process
Ok this process to send feedback is ridiculous. TO have to click on the feedback link then go to my email to click on another link just to be told to go back to the original app to provide the feedback- what a waste of time. Also, everytime I close the app I say "do not show this message again" to not ask me if I"m sure I want to close it but yet everytime I try to close it that pops back up. sound notification for optical
Our opticians are having a difficult time seeing the incoming text pop-ups because they are busy and not always looking at a computer. Could there be a unique sound notification connected to them? It would be really great if the sound could be linked somehow so that it only pinged if it were an optical patient. (We have curbside stuff going on constantly and the texts would be pinging all the time.)

Issue with news messages with tag
There is a clinch that shows new messages with old information. The tag goes away & the person you assign it too doesn't see it.

Decipher numbers 5 & 6
The Colors you use for your script is hard to decipher between the the numbers 6 and 5 and sometimes the 8. Maybe if the font were bigger there wouldn't be a problem. Thanks

Issues with lines on hold and them ringing back
Good afternoon. We are having some issues with the way the phone system works, and I was advised to pass the information along as feedback.
It would be very helpful if we could choose a particular hold line to pick up, even while that phone line was ringing back. If I need a particular line, but it is unavailable, I do not know which line is ringing back for me to answer. My job is very fast-paced, and this slows me down considerably at times. This leads me to my next issue.

Message Notification Colors
It would be nice if group messages and individual messages had different colors for notifications, especially if it could be customized. I view personal messages as more urgent, so it would be nice to know that it's a personal message, rather than them messaging the group so I can better prioritize.

New Text to Patients
Don't like the new text coming to patients right after they reply yes to an appointment reminder saying to Reply STOP if you don't want texts. Two patients mentioned to me today that it is very confusing to them and makes them think we are asking them to reply stop and that it has something to do with not getting another text about the specific reminder. Why did you add that new text? Obviously they want to do texts or they wouldn't have replied to our appointment confirmation. It's very confusing to people.

Addressing patients using proper Title
Please add a bubble for "title" on patient reminders. The way the reminders go out is too casual and not really nice especially to older or accomplished people. You should be able to address patients formally conveying respect. Dr., Mrs., Mr., Rabbi, etc.

A new way to send appt reminders and images
I have a theory. It seems no matter how texts are sent to patients with appointment details, they still are not actually reading them. This results in patients showing up at the wrong time and other preventable issues that are ultimately resulting from the patients failure to read the confirmation message.
My theory is that people are more likely to read information in the form of a graphic/image. I wonder if we can test a feature where appointment Day, DATE, and Time can be presented in a simple image format, rather than in text format. Almost like an instagram post.

Being able to see the feedback history. I am also logged into the desktop app, but I still have to log in once I click on feedback in order to submit an idea.

Blocking certain procedures for text
We would love to be able to put in a single dental code or description to NOT get text messages, instead of having to pick all upcoming appointments with the procedure in it. For instance any appointment with a D9420 or ProfHosCall will not receive a text message from us

Texting Queue for Empoyees to know message is being worked
When using the texting tool, it would be nice to know or be able to see if another employee is using Weave and in process of responding to the patient text. We have sent duplicate messages from different employees to the same patient because Weave didn't update quick enough or we could not tell another employee was in process of answering patient text message.
