alert for inoperative settings
Our office had set up another automatic reminder to go out the night before to warn our patients of the construction blocking one of the mail roads used to get to our office. We had set the message to go out 5 pm the night before and had also previously set up our wellness forms to go out at that time too. when we came to the office Monday none of the construction alert text went out so we changed it to 6 pm thinking it was overwhelming the system with text to go out at the same time. When we had patients on Wednesday still none of the construction alert text sent out. I called first thing this morning and the rep informed me we cant have more than one text go out a day and it makes sense but it would have been nice for an alert to pop up on weave when we went to save the new automatic message that it would have to be a different day than our previous automatic message so that we didn't waste 3 days trying to figure out why it wasn't sending. We love Weave but having that pop up to alert us the new alert time wouldn't work, would have been so nice!
For this scenario, the best approach is to use the Schedule bulk messaging feature to send a mass manual message to those who are on the schedule for a given day.
