Payment Reminders - Sending reminders for more than 1 invoice
Since we are able to send more than one invoice to a patient, we need to be able to send reminders for all of those invoices. For example, I have patients who have a copay and a balance. They have to pay the copay, but the amount toward their balance can be whatever they are able, so we allow partial payments. QuickFill List Needs Backup
The Quick Fill list cannot be retrieved if there is an internet outage or PMS/software update. It's too easy to lose and impossible to retrieve.
Quick Fill list needs to have a backup on Weave, not just local storage so that when it's lost, it can be retrieved/rebuilt.

Terminals that print receipts and take signatures.
It is very important that offices have terminals that can print physical receipts and take signatures. They are paying for expensive transactions and would rather retain their privacy than share email addresses for a digital receipt that feels ephemeral.

Transfer a call to a given extension but with the option to send it directly to the ext's voicemail without first ringing the phone
The person's transferring the call would have the option of sending to the extension phone to be answered now or directly to the extension voicemail for a callback.

User (employee) login history and reporting - Security Monitoring
There is no way to monitor for unauthorized access to Weave. Would be very useful to see login and password change history for users.
It would be even more useful to schedule these reports to be emailed periodically and even more useful to set up rules in order to detect unexpected activity. For example, if Weave is accessed in the off-hours or from IP address not previously used.

MFA (multi-factor authentication) for desktop, mobile or portal login
I suggested this feature a few years ago but it seems that it hasn't been picked up. Weave provides access to medical records and works in a highly sensitive HIPAA environment. Multi-factor authentication support is a must to prevent attacks against employees.
Should a user account be compromised resulting in health data exfiltration, the responsibility will fall on Weave if it fails to provide minimum reasonable protection against ATO (account takeover) attacks.

Scheduled individual messages
Some messages have varying intervals like medications. In other instances, the office may want to write up a discharge message in the morning and have it send out in the afternoon. Current reminders would send to too many patients, this would need to be individual.

SMS messages getting lost in the mix
Currently, we send LOTS of text messages and sms auto reminders. As our practice has grown into Weave we find that one staff member will send a message on top of another message send by another staff member (or auto reminder)...and one of them is lost in the mix.
Example 1:
12pm: an appointment reminder is sent to a patient. The patient is busy and not attentive to their phone. (you can substitute this for any message initiated by someone in the practice)12:30pm a text is sent to the patient to check and see if the new insulin dose…

Bulk text to pay requests
It would be great if we could send requests to customers in Bulk.
Or let them know their current balance with the office and give them a general portal to pay that.

Scheduling online currently does not work for iphones
I do not like the new version of the online booking site. It is very hard to see on a phone and that is how a majority of the patients are booking. When I try to make a new appointment on my iphone i get an error when I click anywhere on the calendar. We have tested this with multiple iphones. We are losing patients everyday due to this. We would like to switch back to the old booking site as we were having no issues and prefer it overall. There should be an option to switch back to the…

Ability to search patients in the Collections list
We need to have the ability to search patients in the Collections list via the desktop app. Only having the ability to scroll through hundreds upon hundreds of patients to look for the ones you are trying to send texts to for payment is quite cumbersome.

Book / schedule appointment without staff involvement
Sync with EHR to show only available appointment slots and allow patients to book their appointments without staff review.

Pinned Desktop Bubble - Always on top, just minimized
I'd love to have an option for Weave to always be on top for quick access to what is needed to message patient etc. Having it on top could be cumbersome, but what if it could minimize into a bubble on top (Think how FB Messenger functions on Android). Clicking on it (or the taskbar icon) would expand to the full app, and if the option is chosen, it would minimize to a bubble on the side. Present, but not in the way.

Allowing multiple insurance type filters
The campaign filters allow insurance type but we can only make one selection. This doesn't work when the insurances are divided by state. We need to be able to select multiple.

Text Writebacks Location in Dentrix
The text writeback capability is amazing, but it is going to the wrong place in DENTRIX. (from our office's pov) The Office Journal is where we keep record of patient communication: phone calls, conversations, texts sent, etc. The Patient Notes in the Family File is for things that need to be front and center for pt appointments: fear level, isodry size, pt preferences, etc.
Suggestion: change text writebacks to populate in the Office Journal.

Team Chat: Reply to a Thread
for the Team Chat-- I wish there was an option to reply to certain messages within the team chat so that person knows we are responding to them specifically.

Mobile App Caller ID - Calling out from App does not reflect caller ID from the office you are logged in to
For multi office users. If we call out of the app, the caller ID on the patient we are calling should reflect the office we are logged into.

Allow team users to be inactive not deleted
I would like to have team users be active, inactive or deleted. Eg. when staff take a leave of absence but will be back, Maternity etc.
