Regarding the message template, did you try importing your templates from Legacy? We have this super handy tool that allows you to do so in just a few clicks. Please let me know if this didn't work for you.

It's good to know this is how you were looking for text threads in Legacy. The team responsible for the search bar is reviewing this request and will reply here with any updates. In the meantime, our "pro tip" is to use the search bar to search a few words from the conversation (i.e. "Hello Payge!") to find the conversation you're looking for quickly.

In the Legacy App you could add 3 dates/times for available appointments on the quickfill list, in the "New" app you can only add one date/time per message. That means if you have 3 available appointments, you have to go through the process 3 times and our patients are receiving 3 DIFFERENT text messages. That is not convenient for us or our patients.
