Office chatted in today asking if it was possible to purchase phones from weave on the website or admin portal. I thought it was a cool idea so i'm posting here.3 votes -
Group Texting
Is there a way to do group texting? An office wants to involve two people from outside of weave in a message, I told him its not really a possibility and tested it with him by sending a group text to the office and to me and it showed up on my phone but not the weave app. Does weave block those or just not have the functionality of it yet?

Custmizable User Roles/Permissions
Roles & Permissions needs to be customizable. Period. Weave deciding for us what employees should and shouldn't have access to isn't best practice.
Features in the Team Member role, the lowest permission group you can give someone, has access to way too many options and features.
Super Admin role should be able to decide which features each permission group has access to in order to customize how their individual office runs.Ideally there would be a tab in the dashboard for Super Admins only that can control permission groups with radials or toggles to all features so we can control…

Team Member Permissions
General Team Member permissions are WAY too broad and inclusive. There need to be better levels of restrictions for a general user who is just answering phones and responding to texts.
A general user should NOT be able to do the following:
-Read/Respond to reviews
-Send Text/Email blasts
-Edit Reminder settings
-Edit recall settings
-Edit Automated messages
-Create Text to Pay requestsI am sure there are others, but these are the ones we've faced already in the short time we've been on Weave.
Office should be able to create their own permission group settings.

Printing from the messages
Getting an option to print from the messages. It only gives the option to archive or download and it is just more convenient.

MWTherapy is not currently compatible with Weave. More providers are switching to MWTherapy. Will Weave discuss this option soon?

Create a default office profile for when users have not signed in yet.
When a user does not sign in it writes back in the call log incorrectly with the last user that was signed in on that computer. Therefor call logs are not accurate.
Our office staff do not have set desks so if they are answering a call and they have not signed in yet it assigns the last person who logged in on that computer. Even if they have already logged out.1 vote -
Pre-tag and filter messages sent from Auto-message rules to be managed in all tab
The all tab appears to be unmanageable in separating relevant conversations and auto-messages. Auto-messages sent should be tagged with Rule label and hidden until client responds.

Secondary Numbers
It would be great to have the option to text a secondary number on the account. We have cornerstone and from what I gather, if there is more than on Cellular number on the account you can only text the primary number. All other numbers that are listed under cellular will not show up on weave. You can search the secondary number under weave and the account will show up, but it will not show any numbers other than the primary. Basically what I am saying is please have all phone numbers that are in your PMS to reflect in…

Email Campaigns
The photos for campaigns are terrible! Most don't pertain to dental offices or holidays. This is truly having us look into other companies to switch to as we used to use campaigns with practice mojo often and we are not happy with what weave has to offer.

Omit address
Please omit the address section for card processing. It really slows down the process, especially when entering insurance payments. Previously you could enter the card number, expiration date, and cvc on one line. It WAS a much smoother process. It doesn't appear to be for security reasons anyway. I have had adult children pay for their parent's bill and entered in the parent's address. Processed just fine though the addresses wouldn't have matched. Not sure what the purpose is.

Make CSV contacts editable/deletable
Offices would love to be able to edit CSV contacts in weave instead of keeping a running record using a CSV file. This adds a ton of more work for the offices and it can cause errors in the long run as patients/clients get new phone numbers or change any other information. This has been a headache for many offices. If Weave is able to emulate or show that information, it should be able to make it editable. Frequently used tags shown at the top
Happy Holidays! In the "Filter Messages/Tags" secrtion of the desktop app, it would be FABULOUS to change the order of the tags listed so that the most used will be at the top of the list down to the least used?

Appointment Request Response Emails
On the email reminders that are sent daily for my office, when we receive the response from the patient clicking on the link to request the office contact them, we simply get an email saying "Patient X has requested to be contacted to schedule an appointment." The problem is when I have multiple patients with the same name. There is no additional information on the email for me to identify which one of the multiple "John Smiths" is the one that is requesting access unless I dig into the sent emails and see if I can match someone up. View Personal Call History in Desktop App
In the "Recent Calls" log that shows after clicking the "Phone" section from the main screen of the desktop app, it would be amazing if there were "General" and "Personal" tabs like there are when viewing voicemails. The General tab would show the call history for the main line of the location, while the personal would show the call history for the specific phone that is synced to the desktop app.

Choose/Apply a department in bulk messages.
We would love the option to choose a department in bulk messages. That way messages can be filtered to the right department and responded to accordingly. For example, I am reaching out to old Implant leads. Rather than having the front desk get inundated by responses to my texts I'd like to have them sent from my department.
