Vet office states that frequently owners of multiple animals will bring them all in on the same day for wellness visits and vaccines and has two pain points for the recall reminders going out to these customers.
1. As the message is going on on the same day, only one patient is being notified of vaccines due.
2. If multiple vaccines are due on the same visit, weave communication only pulls one vaccine…3 votes -
Stop sending Thank you text to patients that no show on appointments
Our patients that no show are still receiving "thank you for coming" texts and the link to review us.

MFA (multi-factor authentication) for desktop, mobile or portal login
I suggested this feature a few years ago but it seems that it hasn't been picked up. Weave provides access to medical records and works in a highly sensitive HIPAA environment. Multi-factor authentication support is a must to prevent attacks against employees.
Should a user account be compromised resulting in health data exfiltration, the responsibility will fall on Weave if it fails to provide minimum reasonable protection against ATO (account takeover) attacks.

a pop up or message that lets you know your text is ready to be sent
It's hard to know for sure when a text message has been accepted to be sent. I.e. I select all the people I want, add, and then save ad nothing really shows up to say "it's ready". Had a message send out 3+ times once because the system never said "ready".

an easier way to send out the next group of texts over 1000
While i love the ability to mass text patients....I used the feature far less because of how hard it is to pick the next group of people beyond the first 1000. It takes me quite a long time to individually select the 800+ names I need to send the message out to. some way to instantly pick the "next group" would be amazing.

AI Chat bot integration
I recently starting working with marketing company that helps you with google SEO, and they have a AI chatbot that is basically powered by google, which I think would be an incredible integration for weave, specially for after hours, it seems pretty simple and straight forward to use.

return the technology that allowed us to truly verify insurance instead of our staff bein g burdened with it it
we originally bought into your technology to have "insurance verification" workload taken away from staff. It worked fine the first couple of weeks. However, the staff is needing to do it themselves by contacting the provider about frequencies. Work that weave was doing but now only does infrequently at best. Before we can add ideas on improving the app, we are sharing our thoughts on how not to LESSEN the app. Please respond and let us know action is being taken. Otherwise we need to find technology (and it does exist)that is more suitable for our needs. Thank You

Increase Weave syncing frequency between PMs
It is taking between 1-2 hours for patients to get glasses and contact lens notification texts once we click on notify in our PM. We would really like to shorten this amount of time and have Weave sync more frequently so patients can come in before close to pick them up. Especially when we can't notify until later in the day.

Write back to text reminders
When a notification (your glasses or contacts have arrived) text is sent out to a patient it would be nice if Weave could write back in the patient chart that they were notified by text.

Online scheduling to match actual availability
We utilize EMA by Modernizing Medicine currently and Klara for our online scheduling. The availability is synced up with EMA so our actual openings show online. If the appointment gets filled by our staff it removes the opening from Klara online when a person tries to schedule.

Trigger auto-reminders when appointment is rescheduled
Weave only triggers auto reminders for a new appointment - if an appointment is rescheduled, it does not recognize this as a new appt and auto reminders are not triggered. Please change this so that rescheduled appointments have a Save The Date Reminder go out and continue on with the auto reminder sequence.

Processing fees charge to customers.
Credit Card Payments: I would like to see a way where we can pass the credit card fees that we get charged when either a purchase or refund are made to our customers.

Add "Facebook" or "Google" to Weave splash screen button
Add "Facebook" or "Google" to Weave splash screen button that says "Write Recommendation" so it is is more obvious to customers of what to click on (ie. "Write Facebook Recommendation" or "Write Google Recommendation")

Modify Review Request verbiage per patient.
We should be able to modify the verbiage for review requests on a per patient basis, similar to how text to pay requests can be changed prior to being sent. This would be specially helpful if we'd like to request reviews from patient in different languages or to personalize the request to the experience.

Mobile App Analytics
Adding back the analytics to the mobile app. It would be incredibly helpful for managers who work from home to be able to see how many calls our office received, and how many of those calls were missed or answered.
