    Please add patient middle names so that we can differentiate between patients that have the same name. When I'm looking at our Eaglesoft software, it includes a middle name and if I had the middle name in Weave, I could differentiate without having to go into the patient's chart to find out their age.

  2. Need ability to see who has opened/viewed faxes, and maybe comment box to keep track of status if needed

    We need the ability to see who has opened/viewed faxes. It would also be helpful to allow notes to be made in the fax folder, or maybe a box to mark when requests are completed. This will make it easier to keep track of which fax is waiting on records to be faxed back, or if something else is going on that needs to be followed up on.

  3. Filter by tags and new

    You should be able to filter your messages by tag(s) AND new, untagged messages, instead of having to check either tags or new messages at a time. For instance my reception team I want to see the "Scheduling" tag and some of their individual ones, but also to see all new incoming messages so that they can tag those accordingly.

  4. SMS/Tags notification badge

    If you have your Messages inbox filtered by tags and/or departments, you should only receive a notification badge (the red 1 that shows up on the icon) for the messages inside of those filters. Otherwise it's very confusing and requires frequent checks just to see if there's really something there for you.

  6. Consistency between plans

    We have found the information is not consistent between plans and isn't very user friendly. Some plans we can view deductibles as well as maximums and some we can only view one or the other. I feel this could be a great product with more work. Thanks!!

    The function of this add-on feature sounds AWESOME. I think it's a work in progress still. It should be uniform in what information is displayed. Some display percents allowed, some display maximums (super helpful and a great selling point) some do not display at all. The length of time that it takes to click "verify" and have the information in front of you is way too long and CANNOT be done while on the phone or while someone is waiting in front of you.   10. Manually Modify User Passwords and Login Audit Trails

    I would like to be able to reset the password of a user without sending a reset email, I should be able to set a password through the admin portal and an email be sent notifying the user for security can be sent. I also would like login audit trails for failed attempts and IPs where a user is logging in.

  11. CREDIT CARD TYPE VISIBLE IN PAYMENT WINDOW (caps for emphasis, not flame :-))

    Since most, if not all, Weave clients have to transfer payment data captured in Weave/Stripe, to their own practice management software, it would be great if, when that credit card is run, we are able to see what type of card was used.

    In my situation, which I suspect is pretty common with most of Weave's clients, our practice software requires the card type to enter payment into the system.   12. payment plan custom time

    The number of payments for recurring payments should be customizable. Locking to 3 month increments is an interesting design choice. Also, i'd like an alert when payments are processed since it does not write back to my PMS so my team knows to apply the payment.

    Have a function time tracking function for staff and allow weave to sync this data to a payroll processor such as Gusto or ADP. I would gladly pay an extra $20-$30 a month for this feature.

  15. Adding Delta Dental of Wyoming to the Verification List as a new payer

    A large majority of our patients have Delta Dental Of Wyoming. Sure would be nice to add them to your payor list. Also it would be nice if you could see which Insurance companies are enrolled prior to adding the service to your account an then having to go through the process to opt out.

  20. Turn off Pre-Fill feature for forms

    It is best to have an option to turn off the pre-fill feature for forms, since many clients who don't review their answers from previous visits, or don't change the pet's info to the correct pet (especially when sent two forms in one packet) and it's VERY important that they review and correctly answer the questions. Some are not changing answers as needed. We would love to be able to turn this feature off.
