    I just posted some requests for the widget for the Brentwood office, the sam would apply for the Alameda office:
    a. add email to the widget
    b. integration of info upload to Nextech registration to reduce time and recontact to auto-populate the Nextech registration to allow immediately scheduling on Nextech

    Office's PMS doesn't integrate with Weave so they upload patients via CSV or custom contact. They want email marketing campaigns to be able to select recipients from the Weave app that they've already added via CSV file or custom contact without having to upload a separate csv file

  3. Allow text messages from Voicemail tab from non inputted new customers

    We should be able to respond to any voicemail with a text message even if the customer/patient isn't uploaded into software via CSV file

  4. Better Fax Organization: Tagging/Filtering for Multiple Numbers

    At the moment if an office has multiple fax number they are not able to tell which number the fax came from unless they preview the fax. Or they can go into the Weave app and input in the recipient number.

  5. Mass Language Preference Change Needed for Spanish-speaking Patients

    I have an office with 99% of patients that speak only Spanish. I showed them how to change the language preference in the profile settings, but they have thousands of patients so this would be a huge task to go through and set the language for all of them.

  8. Office Requests Option to Hide/Remove Tag Feature in Messaging Inbox

  11. Effort to Manage Users Under Parent Account in Unify/Multi Feature

  12. Birthday List

    I need the birthday list to highlight the name I'm on and stay there between calls so I don't loose my place. It scrolls back to the top of the alphabetized list after each patient I help and then I have to scroll through the entire list again.

  13. Numbers aren't for everyone?

    I think it would be a great idea if all Weave users could not look at analytics part of phones. Sometime a team has a hard time with calls being answered by certain team members and not others. They do not take other things into consideration that managers/supervisors with admin rights do.

  14. Remove the option to select the number to text

    With the new update when you clock the messasge icon to text a patient you now have to select which number to text, home or cell and I think it just adds steps to the process as you can realistically only "text" a mobile number.

  17. Move/Choose the location of the Weave Pop-Up

    Right now, when Weave pops up -on my screen, it blocks the x box and other features of Cornerstone that I need to access. I find myself quickly ignoring the feature so I can access Cornerstone information and get the appointment set, ect.

  18. Links not copyable anymore

    You eliminated the ability to copy links in text to pay and forms. This is a big deal. I know there is a work around with forms, but the text to pay is a problem. There are many times we need that outside of Weave and now can't access. The reason it was great for forms is sometimes patients want us to email links for each family member all at one time to the Head of the household. Now we can't.

  20. Appointment confirmation texts with questions

    Appointment confirmation texts – when patients respond 'yes' to confirm their appointment, their text message gets archived into the ALL folder rather than actionable, which is great. BUT if they type 'yes' and add a question, the message also goes into ALL and we miss the question. If the patient types a “?” it should be coded to directly go to actionable.
