The form will overwrite data in the pms. so they have existing patients entering 'no' on everything and erasing their own data, the office would like to change the auto generated message so they can let pts know to answer all of the questions earnestly so they do not overwrite their own data2 votes -
Restrict access to listen to recorded calls
I would like the ability to restrict who can listen to recorded phone calls to a singular role. We don't want our site leads to have access to that but we want them to be able to do everything else.

Transfer Call
TRANSFERRING CALLS. When a call is transferred (anyway - warm or blind) It would be nice if it said it was being transferred versus just ringing again. If i am not paying attention to the caller ID during the first time the phone rings and it rings again, I do the whole office greeting instead of just saying "This is..."
Is there a way that we can fix this? It would be very helpful to know if the call is being transferred.

Need ability to do an email campaign with parent company to get database info from subcompanies
Want to create mass email campaign for my two companies that are controlled by a parent company but currently need to create campaign for each company since parent company doesn't have this feature.

Enable the Birthday field by Default
When setting up a new contact it would be nice if the Birthday field was already enabled by default rather than having to click "+ Add Field" and selecting birthday to add it to their information.

Stay logged into app
The app (desktop and mobile) automatically logs users off. PLEASE make a way where we stay logged in so we don't have to keep logging in throughout the day to check messages. We don't have time to keep logging in!!

Federal Holidays Should Be Open On Online Scheduler
Hello,
I received this message from weave support:
"So all federal holidays will be blocked off. You will want to submit a feature request to look into having that changed. We do apologize. For the Saturday you closed, you will want to block off the calendar or schedule ‘fake’ appointments that will take up those time slots."

Download Communication Data
We need to be able to download this patient communication in some form into our system. As a zip file, or something like that. If Weave ever goes out of business, or we switch providers, we lose all of this vital communication between us and our patients. This is actually a critical update that needs to happen ASAP.

Online scheduling request for DOB should also come through on the request
Weave already asks for the patient's DOB when they are requesting the appointment online, however it does not transfer that information to us when we receive the request. That prompts us to ask the patient AGAIN which, oddly enough, the patient doesn't like!

Admins Want User Location Access Editable in Child Accounts

In the Portal the office wants admins to be able to edit user Location Access in each child account, not just the parent account. They have people working remotely. If they get the call on the mobile app and they need the client to speak with someone else, they end up having to ask the caller to call back in and select a different option. payment/auto fill information
It would be so beneficial & time saving~ When a patient calls in to make a payment, if there was a way to "AUTO FILL" the patient information~ the amount due fills in once we hit the $ symbol. However we need to manually enter name, address, zip and such..

Online Scheduling Analytics
Please add analytics and have them tied to emailing the office. For example: they'd like analytics based around Scheduling requests from Online Scheduling, or when someone clicks on the online scheduler, etc.
