  1. Move phone tree to an upper position, so it's easier to find in the desktop app.

    We often change on-call physician to another line in our closed IVR, but it's too many steps to get to the phone tree. Would be easier if it was it's own option on the main left-side menu. Thank you.

  7. Online Scheduler

    Hi! We are currently working with Compulink EHR and it has stopped communicating with Weave. For example, Weave's online scheduler is showing every appointment time available for patients to request; however, we have a full schedule of patients and these time slots are no longer available. We are hoping that once a patient schedules an appointment that Weave will take away these times as "available" so patients are not requesting these specific times and being disappointed when the times are not available!

    The office would like a notification system with the Sync app. meaning if it disconnects or goes unhealthy or has errors, they'd like to be notifed. Rather then them having to find something wrong (like a patient gettings texted the wrong time) then call into weave and find out it's disconnected.

  11. Improve sync time to weave when updating open dental

    Right now it takes about 10 minutes for information entered into Open Dental to sync and be available in Weave.

    For example, if I add a new patient John Smith to open dental, I have to wait 10 minutes to see them pop up in Weave. I would like to send them a digital form immediately but can't because I have to wait for Weave to sync.

    The same goes for entering a patient's insurance information in Open Dental. Have to wait 10 mins for it to show up in Weave. Same with phone number, email, or any other piece…

    The appointment reminders are using some english words instead of Spanish on the day of the week and the month. For example, "de su cita el Wednesday de" should not say Wednesday, but Miercoles. And "Wednesday 18th de Janen nuestra" what is Janen? There is no month in Spanish that is Janen, are we thinking Enero? Thanks!

    The auto generated messages when sending a pt forms

    The form will overwrite data in the pms. so they have existing patients entering 'no' on everything and erasing their own data, the office would like to change the auto generated message so they can let pts know to answer all of the questions earnestly so they do not overwrite their own data

  16. Transfer Call

    TRANSFERRING CALLS. When a call is transferred (anyway - warm or blind) It would be nice if it said it was being transferred versus just ringing again. If i am not paying attention to the caller ID during the first time the phone rings and it rings again, I do the whole office greeting instead of just saying "This is..."

    Is there a way that we can fix this? It would be very helpful to know if the call is being transferred.

  17. PCI COMPLIANCE!

    PCI Compliance may be a reason we have to stop using weave.... Our company cannot be held liable for Weave not being able to block recording of credit cards. I see this issue has been posted before but is not being addressed. Most of your clients probably don't even realize this danger is in the wings....PLEASE ADDRESS THIS!!
