  2. Team Chat Pop Ups

    Hello! We would love something in the settings that allows us to view message contents in the desktop pop ups when someone types a message in the Team Chat. Right now, the pop up just says "Click here to view message" and you have to click on the pop up to read the message. Because we often have our hands occupied with other things, clicking on each message to see the intended recipient is very inconvenient.

    When patients message us through the Message tab, we can see the contents of those messages in the pop up. So, we'd just like…

  6. Texting "Cancel" Prioritizes that Message

    We have a lot of contacts that have more than two phone numbers. We have spouse mobile numbers for example. Maybe just add a column in the CSV transfer for "other phone".

    Doesn't recognize pet's birthday. "Pet's Name" isn't even an option to drag and drop in the text template.
    Recall Reminders: It doesn't specify which pet of the owner's is due to for what type of appointment. They'd love the ability to see that information within Weave and not have to go check in their PMS.
    Thinks we should have Auto-Payment Reminders for Text-To-Pay.

    In the desktop app > Phone > Recent Calls, if the calls are from random numbers that do not have client/patient profiles attached to them, the option to text the number from Recent Numbers is greyed out and not usable. The office would like to be able to start a message thread with people that don't have saved client information from the recent calls list.

  19. Bulk Number Porting Request for Desktop App: Streamline the Process

    This office needs to port well over 100 numbers to Weave and they are very annoyed that they have to enter each number in one by one. For our larger multi groups and for offices with call centers, it would be beneficial to have an option to just copy/paste a list of numbers that they need to port over rather than having to enter them in one by one.
