Mobile App Calling (default call group)
The mobile app, when you log in, should log you in as if you are using your extension and not add you to the default call group.
When you log into the mobile app you are added to the default call group and not all offices want this to happen. You can have another call group created as a workaround but it's still a manual process.

Quick Fill
I wish that you were able to send a message directly from the quick fill list. It only gives you the option to call.

Call ID to appear when taken off hold
It would be nice to be able to see the caller clients info pull up on caller ID when a phone is taken off hold. We are a busy practice that has to put people on hold is a receptionist is not available. When we take them off hold, we are left with no information to work with. Having it pull up on the phone or the computer would be extremely helpful.

Toggle Phone Tree On/Off
We would like to able to turn our Phone Tree on and off during the day, for when we have the personnel to answer live. We are getting a lot of hangups and are missing customers because they want to talk to a live human. Now we have to call/chat to weave to get it off, then call back to turn it on, which is a pain. Other alternative is to delete phone tree which is worse. Thanks

Separate notes for patients profile so they do not show up on every member of their families profile as well. Make it individual to the pat
When you go to add notes to a patient’s profile, it adds the note to everyone in their family. This makes it impossible to leave a personal note for each member of the family. When a note appears for everyone in the family it becomes very confusing to reference their personal notes about what you spoke about last time or personal details about the person. An example would be where they work, where they go to school, their interests. If it is not individualized he gets confusing when family members all come in.

Campaign Modifications
I would like to see the ability to send out email campaigns to people scheduled on certain days. Sometimes we want to get information out just to those people and it takes a long time to do it manually.

Strategic Platform Integrations (Schedule, Accounting, etc.)
Our physical therapy clinics use fullslate as our scheduler. It would be great to have that integrated into weave. It has an open API

Team tracker for fax
An office would like to have added to the fax report they receive, who is responsible for sending each fax. It would help with their tracking.

online scheduling
Weave is connected with our Website so that patients can request appointments. It's becoming a nightmare that unfortunately, I don't know who to connect with to get it rectified. It seems to be showing days that we're closed as well as times that are not available at all and we're having to deal with angry patients. I'd love to get some help on this issue but I have no idea who to talk to since you don't give phone numbers. Help please?

text allowing for notification of 2 separate appointments on the same day.
On the reminder texts that go out. We need a template for a single patient to be notified of two separate appointments in the same day in one text. e.g. John Smith has an appointment at 9:00 am and 3:30 pm on June 11th. Thank you!

Interoffice Chat Feature
We started using the interoffice feature to help our team have more accountability for returning calls, answer questions, etc. We created specific group chats to include only those who needed the information and in doing so, it crashed our weave storage and lost all of our conversations and patients to follow up with (close to 900 patient questions over the course of 3 months). Customer would like an integration to where our faxes are stored
They are a high volume fax practice and need to be able to have a url or api that would give them the ability to process and store faxes in services like Sharepoint.

Identify user permissions for Data Sync service
Please identify all permissions needed for the Data Sync service to function. Running as the Local System account is definitely an over-reach and a security risk as a result, since Data Sync allows remote control over entire servers containing sensitive patient data.
A list of functions that Weave can remotely perform on a server using Data Sync would also be appreciated, please.

Identify URLs and ports for Data Sync and phones
I'd like to know what URLs and ports are needed for the phones and Data Sync software to communicate in order to apply firewall rules to restrict everything else, please. Also, do the phones need to be able to communicate with each other locally when making an interoffice call?

Data Sync logs
Please allow visibility into data sync successes and failures. We have no idea when they occur or if any issues are ever encountered.

Prevent patient images from being sent by Data Sync
Please give an option to NOT send patient images by Data Sync, particularly with Open Dental. We don't keep photos of our patients, and I find that it's sending up images of documents, which is kind of a HIPAA concern: transmitting patient data that doesn't need to be transmitted.

retrieve archived messages
An office I spoke to wants there to be a way to retrieve recently archived messages, since sometimes they accidentally archive a message and don't know which patient it is from so they can't just search the text thread.
