Caller ID pop up box
When the phone rings, a black box with the patient's name comes up in the lower right corner of the screen. But the box sometimes won't go away!!! You have to pull up the weave app and then mimimize it again to get it to go away! Please fix this. It drives us crazy.

Patient name at top not dissapearing
Still shows patient name in red at the top even after weve hung up. We have to hit X every time to get rid of it. Why cant it dissapear when the call is over?

Problem with update
I noticed that with the new update patients listed as inactive are popping as needing action such as an appt. This is a serious problem because lots, if not most, of the inactive status patients are deceased. It would be terrible if we asked a family member if they wanted to schedule an appointment for them! Thanks, Julie

Custom Contacts
Add a phonebook option- considering most practices make phone calls daily to places, not just patients. It would be nice to have a phone book option for numbers dialed on a daily basis- examples dental lab, referring offices, repair people ect.

Scheduled list to return where you left off at
Getting the scheduled list to return where you leave off at, instead of returning to the very top of the list every time to send a message. Makes confirming a lot of work having to scroll through the whole entire list every time.

Same text # & office#
Using the same number & caller ID for text and phone number. It is so confusing for pt some try to call to the text number and some try text to office number
