Same text # & office#
Using the same number & caller ID for text and phone number. It is so confusing for pt some try to call to the text number and some try text to office number
This is now available to all offices in the Phone Settings section.

It would be really handy if the number we texted our patients from rerouted their calls straight to our office if they clicked the call function within their texting app on their phones.

Texting directly to main number (DID). We would love the ability to have clients text to our main number instead of a separate DID.

This is actually more difficult than one might think. Land line numbers by default are connected to a provider, wether it is AT&T, Comcast, Level3, etc. Those providers don't support SMS at all, so it requires an agreement with each mobile carrier to route SMS only for certain phone numbers. But that being said, we have started this process and this feature is now planned.

I understand weave uses SMS to text, usually one should be able to add sender ID as the office phone # to route the call, not sure why this feature should be so difficult. If Skype another VoIP company can do this I pretty sure Weave can do it too
