  2. Online Bill Pay - Add Invoice# text box

    Hello. Our practice is starting to use Weave Payments and will be dropping our other service provider.

    We noticed that the Online Bill Pay does not have an option for patients to put the invoice number. Our old service provider has this.

    This greatly help us identify the invoice the patient is paying for. We hope that you add this soon. Thank you.

  3. private reviews

    It would be great to be able to have the private feature option be at the top even if google and facebook are linked. Clients are hesitant to submit a public review or don't have a google/facebook account. Since it's not at the top, it can be easily disregarded.

  4. A feature that would allow us to delete texts. select 1 or all text replies instead of just archiving .them.

    Like in Google the ability to delete texts received with a checkbox and the option to delete all . It's time consuming to archive .

  5. Mobile App message Templates

    I was hoping to be able to use the message templates saved in the desktop app, on the mobile app. We do not have auto reminders on currently due to staff shortage and do not want reminders or confirmations going out early to those appointments that need rescheduling. The templates can be used to send individual text but that is a little inconvenient. The mobile app is a great tool to be utilized during regular closed hours and times when the office is closed for extended days, vacation, etc. Being able to use those templates would make the app extremely…

  7. Autoreminders for multiple appointments on the same day

    We had a client that had 2 appointments on the same day but only received a message for one appointment (the later one). I was told by customer support that Weave follows a set of logic to determine which reminder is prioritized. It would be nice if we had control over which message to prioritize (the earlier appointment time).

    Email marketing advanced filters and formatting requests:
    - allow more format options for the campaign so offices aren't limited to their campaigns all being the same general structure
    - not require a header if office wouldn't like one
    - enable the ability to do hyperlinks and not have to create a button for linking to everywhere they want to send their patients.

  9. Fax module upgrades

    1.) After clicking the '+' button to generate a new fax form, once you click "Click to Add" it would be awesome if the focus/pointer was in the text search box so you could start typing immediately without having to first click into the box

    2.) It would be amazingly helpful if we could annotate on the incoming faxes so we can prove to an auditor that we did in fact review the file. Currently we have to download the file, annotate and rescan the file before uploading to the patient's record and that defeats the purpose of electronic/paperless modalities

  10. Search patients by date of birth

    It would be nice to be able to search patients by their date of birth instead of their last name in the contacts section in the event of adding a patient manually who may have changed their last name / this would reduce the potential to accidentally create a duplicate profile, especially for people who change their name after getting married.

    They are frustrated that they're not able to easily save/add the associated names of the fax numbers they use. They would like to be able to have a directory in which they can add fax-specific information for.
    --wanting to add to directory from their Received/Sent lists instead of writing down the fax number/name and then go into the directory to add it to the contacts

    Office would like to have the ability to duplicate reminders across multiple locations. They have 4 locations that have fairly complicated reminders set up, and they would love to be able to just set them up under one location and then copy/paste them to their other locations.

  14. Post Appt Text

    Starting last week patients who were on the schedule but didn’t show for their appointment received our post appointment request for a review text. I contacted support and was told those messages go to patients with conformed appointments. I would like to put this in the suggestion box that the setting for that text should be for completed appointments. Or let the offices have the option of setting our own preferences.

  15. Hyperlinks within text editing

    Text message - in the editing section ability to add a link and have it link in the actual text message as a one word. For instance: Click HERE for XXX. In the editing section is the place to add the actual hyperlink. This was very helpful in our old text messaging service and increased recalls made as it was very convenient to click from their phone. Thanks!

  16. Online Scheduling without allowing choice of hygienist. And without staff approval

    Scheduling: hygiene appt WITHOUT showing provider names; scheduling without staff approval

    Patients do not get to choose their hygienist. We move patients around among providers based on many factors after they schedule, balancing providers' loads etc. and if they choose Melissa and see Barb they may be angry.

    We need an option where only "Any Provider" accurate openings are displayed

  17. The "type" of credit card used should appear on an in-office payment receipt /success screen.

    I have to always ask the patient what type of card it is since Practice Works request the type. At least have the type of card show up when we look up the payment history.

  18. forms as out-of-visit option

    We utilize forms in a way that's not attached to a visit. This is only an issue in that it auto populates a message that never applies to our use case and we end up doing a lot of copying an pasting which leaves room for frustration at the least and an error at most. It would be nice to attach a specific form to a visit type or to allow the forms to stand alone. I see a use for both.

  19. every type of message needs a status for filtering purposes

    Currently, the user is forced to receive message notifications in a certain manner: If no tag is selected in notifications then the user sees every-single-notification for birthday reminders, untagged text messages, reminders, etc. This is quite overwhelming. And to say that it is overwhelming is an understatement. Though productivity has increased, the stress level in our office has gone up significantly since initiating Weave. I think that every single notification type deserved a status (review, birthday, reminder, etc.) and the user reserved the right to turn it on or not.   20. Team member should not be able to view revenue

    The lowest category member which is team member should not be able to view revenue. This is very important as it practically exposes numbers that front desk staff should not be able to view. there should be a category that allows it maybe for finance manager or office manager but a regular team member should not be able to view full revenue and income history.
