show events blocks in the schedule on the app
We use Dentrix. The mobile app should show events and lunch blocks in the schedule on the mobile app. Right now it just looks like an opening. there is no way for someone looking at the app to see that an appt is blocked for something other than a patient.

Customize the order of Weave home page icons
It would be convenient if each user could custom-rearrange the icons on the desktop's home screen, with their most-used ones at the top or on one side. (for instance, payments would be the first one because i use it the most often; then next in line would be messages).

Enter cash, checks, and other forms of payments
Need to be able to document all forms of payments through Weave and not have to use a spreadsheet (recommended by support) to document cash, checks, or CareCredit payments.

widget improvements
I just posted some requests for the widget for the Brentwood office, the sam would apply for the Alameda office:
a. add email to the widget

View email addresses that were sent email campaigns
It would be really helpful to be able to see what email addresses were sent the email campaigns. I have had multiple patients argue that they never received our blast emails but I have nothing to prove that they were sent.

Online Scheduler
Hi! We are currently working with Compulink EHR and it has stopped communicating with Weave. For example, Weave's online scheduler is showing every appointment time available for patients to request; however, we have a full schedule of patients and these time slots are no longer available. We are hoping that once a patient schedules an appointment that Weave will take away these times as "available" so patients are not requesting these specific times and being disappointed when the times are not available!

Improve sync time to weave when updating open dental
Right now it takes about 10 minutes for information entered into Open Dental to sync and be available in Weave.
For example, if I add a new patient John Smith to open dental, I have to wait 10 minutes to see them pop up in Weave. I would like to send them a digital form immediately but can't because I have to wait for Weave to sync.
The same goes for entering a patient's insurance information in Open Dental. Have to wait 10 mins for it to show up in Weave. Same with phone number, email, or any other piece…

Transfer Call
TRANSFERRING CALLS. When a call is transferred (anyway - warm or blind) It would be nice if it said it was being transferred versus just ringing again. If i am not paying attention to the caller ID during the first time the phone rings and it rings again, I do the whole office greeting instead of just saying "This is..."
Is there a way that we can fix this? It would be very helpful to know if the call is being transferred.

Allow text messages from Voicemail tab from non inputted new customers
We should be able to respond to any voicemail with a text message even if the customer/patient isn't uploaded into software via CSV file

Federal Holidays Should Be Open On Online Scheduler
Hello,
I received this message from weave support:
"So all federal holidays will be blocked off. You will want to submit a feature request to look into having that changed. We do apologize. For the Saturday you closed, you will want to block off the calendar or schedule ‘fake’ appointments that will take up those time slots."

The online scheduler does not work properly for our office, the tier 2 team suggested we put in a request for a feature so that the availability of the hygienist shows when as well as the doctor, so the sync needs to be changed from Open Dental to Weave

Dismiss vs Ignore Chat Options
Add a 3rd option to dismiss messages you've read without opening to view. Would be useful for the quick yes/no answers.

Drop and Drag Reschedule appointments. Has been working now it is not.
When rescheduling appointments. In the past if we dragged and dropped patient appointments it did work. Now it is not working. Evan the tech has asked me to ask for this to work again in the feedback section. Please vote yes to restore this important feature.

forms and quick fill
I would like to be able to respond to my patients that leave reviews through Weave. I can respond to google reviews but not Weave reviews.
When will Medical Hx auto populate into Eaglesoft Med Hx?
Are there medical release forms that I can add to my forms?
Quick Fill- I wish the list would not hop to the beginning of the list when I am looking at a patient's note. I wish I could return to the exact place I was in the list after checking a note.

Hold Music - more options to utilize multiple media library items
Would like more customization options to use multiple items from media library with Hold Music. Example: we have different topics that we have different doctors and other team members record messages on and we would like the option to combine different messages and switch out the order, etc instead of having to have those recorded as a single media file
