Payouts Summary and Filters
Collins & Sampson Cosmetic and Family Dentistry, s00128522, asks that we add a summary to the top of Payouts like the one at the top of the Invoice & Payment Summary tab. The totals change based on the filter used. Right now, the Payouts Totals do not change if I filter to see all of June's payouts. This would be extremely helpful so book keepers can balance every month. Their old system did a monthly payout summary. Please advise. Thank you!

QR Codes on statements
-first, it is really silly that i would have to create a new log in to leave feedback. That seems like more work.
-Second, I would like to put a payment QR code on my statements that go out to patients. This would bring them directly to weave for payment. Is this possible?2 votes -

Make the forms link a hyperlink in e-mails
When I sent forms via e-mail they have to copy and paste the link, it does not show up as a hyperlink. Please fix this.

Broken hygiene appointment fill in
Lighthouse has a great feature that automatically generates a patient list (off of continuing care) for contact to fill in broken hygiene appointments. It is a fantastic feature that makes filling hygiene openings very efficient.

Impromed: Have clients phone numbers update in weave faster.
We have it where a client will update their number when they drop off their animal to be looked at. We update it in ImproMed but weave doesn't update that client's number until overnight, so when their animal is ready to be picked up later that day we cannot text them like we would like. It would be great for modified and new phone numbers to update faster in weave.

Fix the scheduling campaign times.
When I try to schedule a campaign for next year, I get the message that says "campaign can't be schedule it for a past date".

More info on Appointment Requests
It would be very helpful if we had a tab on appointment requests for patients to input additional information, other than their phone number and email address. If we had a tab where patients could input what insurance they have, we could avoid cancelling appointments, and scheduling errors.

Allow searches in admin portal in message queue
Please allow searches on the portal, e.g.; search for Joe Smith in message queue to see all his messages.

Ability to update billing email address on portal
I'd love the ability to edit my billing email address. It should be a clickable/editable field in the Account/Billing section. Instead I need to call and speak with someone, spending both your time and my time on something that could be a quick click.

Appointment details integrate with Avimark
We love that the schedule shows the appointment times and practitioner but we really need it to show the appointment notes as well. Example - recheck, puppy vaccines, spay, etc.

when text to pay payment made add card type to the notice
it would be much faster for our team (who all take payments) to be able to see on the desktop app what card type was used per text to pay payment received instead of the extra step of opening the admin portal and searching there. less chance for error when inputting payments into our database.

Physician contacts
Our EHR maintains a list of physician office contact information as well as patient contact information. It would be incredibly helpful if Weave integration could sync the former in addition to the latter so that the most recent physician contacts can be pulled automatically rather than updated manually via CSV upload in the online portal.

Patients with the same phone number
So if they have the same phone number in their weave account or even in their PMS they are going to all have the same phone number where messages and reminders, intake forms are being sent to. And all will be sent to the head of household in the account not the named person with the appointment. However, it is not consistently going to the head of the household, sometimes it goes to the named person that had the last appointment. This does not make sense and is not how it worked when we signed up. Anyone else affected by…

Fix over due patient list
We used to be able to work the over due patient lists and after looking at a text thread or sending a text we could click "back" and it would go back to the list that we were working on. Now when we click "back" it takes us all the way back to the "actionable" text message list. Then we have to go home and back to the lists and the one we were working on. It seems very inefficient and I wish it would go back to the way it was.

Trap and log messaging errors
Log messaging errors and allow admins (us) to see them. We have two patients whose recall messages did not go out when other patients did on the same day. Tech support said they have no way to debug this as there are no error logs and that sometimes messages are missed.

custom batch time on Weave payments
Being able to set a custom time for payment batching is crucial. We are not here after 6pm at night, so to have payments run after business hours means they aren't posted to our practice management system. Then, my bank deposit doesn't match my end of day report.

Data Sync logs
Please allow visibility into data sync successes and failures. We have no idea when they occur or if any issues are ever encountered.
