Eyewear Notifications - auto switch from "Received" to "Notified"
With Eyewear reminders: When Weave sees a "Received" status and sends a text, it would be helpful to have Weave then mark the order as "Notified" in the practice management software (similar to the mark "Confirmed" function in the appointment reminders.
As of now when an order is marked as "Received" a text may go out, but there isn't an easy way for staff to see if they need to make a subsequent phone call.2 votesThank you for submitting your feedback!

Making a "Sent" Writeback

Call Pop Length
I love the call pop feature but it does not stay up long enough. It disappears after answering the call. I would like to see it stay up during the call for at least 10 seconds, which will give my team time to run the account of phone number and pull up the client info for a better interaction with the client

Window layering for Desktop App - This window won't pop up over other windows like chrome, files, etc... It would be great to be able to have it open over other windows when necessary.

text to pay
it would be very helpful if we can flag or monitor "text to pay payments". we often send the text out but not all of us have access to the admin portal to see if we have received the payment. sometimes pateitns pay the next day or the next week. we need to call these payments out so it can be posted in our practice management system and we can process orders if needed. in many instances we are waiting for payment to place an order. We have had a few time that patients send in a payment and it…

Custom List by Age

Additional fields for Patient Contacts
Nate Skroski was extremely helpful in setting us up with Weave. I appreciate that Weave's support people are not located in another country. It is so beneficial with making sure we can understand one another. IDEA: Please add an option to include Work Phone when adding a new contact. Add an option to add Business Name.

Entire app and site Slowness Complaint
Weave admin portal and app has been incredibly slow for weeks now. What changed? WHAT is going on? Logging in is slow. You repeatedly enter log in information. There is an unacceptable from the time a credit transaction happens to when it shows up in the admin portal or app filter. Our office has absolutely been thrilled with Weave up until this point. I am not sure what is going on and would appreciate follow up.

Transfer calls from mobile app
Please add the ability to transfer a call to a phone extension from the Weave mobile app. Also the ability to park a call with the mobile app.

Updated Search Bar Inefficiency
The new search bar only shows two - three results at a time and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to which two patients. I was advised to use the "View More" button. However, if that is working “as designed” its terribly inefficient. When you do click the “view more” button you have to start all over in typing the name you’re looking for – it doesn’t carry over from what you’ve already started. Please update!

Hi, I have a few ideas:
-We have an in house membership plan...can you please include that as a type of insurance so that it shows up in the patients' profile?
-Is there a way that communication can be tracked or documented automatically into our software management program (Eaglesoft)?

NOTIFY SOFTWARE UPDATE
Using Weave for last 10 months, I've experienced many times of un-informed/noticed software update leading some unexpected errors. So, customers like us had to face in-operability or malfunction without knowing the cause. We are dealing with some cases of life and death, time imminent cases. Without having the full functionality of the software, it can seriously impact cases.
PLEASE NOTIFY US WHEN THERE IS ANY SOFTWARE UPDATE AND ITS CHANGE.

Clinical Schedule Access only
Add user type that is clinical, schedule access only from the mobile app.
One hygienist pointed out that she sees analytics and other info that she doesn't feel she needs or wants access to.2 votes -
Use Office # for OTP verifications.
We used to be able to use our office number for OTP verifications. It was super convenient. It made it easy for us to use 2 step authorization for business accounts without needing to use our personal numbers. It has stopped working. Your tech tells me it just doesn't work. We would like to use it again.

Deleting a photo
So, I am the office Manager at the Niles Vision Clinic. I up-loaded a photo to my account, thinking that I can delete it. But you can't delete a photo. You can only re-place it. I think it would be good, to be able to delete a photo if need be.

Patient Reports
I love the Weave aps an all that can be done within your program. I would love to see the program adopt a system that we can pull reports of patients that have unscheduled treatment or people that have cancelled and need to reschedule. We used Dental Intel before Weave and they had a great report system. Thanks

Weave Widget Conversion Tracking
Please add conversion tracking to the Weave Widget! We're running a Google search campaign, and were hoping Weave offered an integration for conversion tracking? Ideally we'd like to track people who came to the website via an ad, and then converted to a lead via the Weave widget.

manual sms templates hub
A manual SMS template 'hub' where all manual text templates can be accessed quickly and edited easily, much like the automated sms templates are reached, instead of having to pull up a thread or new message to access the templates.
