  1. Online Bill Pay - Add Invoice# text box

    Hello. Our practice is starting to use Weave Payments and will be dropping our other service provider.

    We noticed that the Online Bill Pay does not have an option for patients to put the invoice number. Our old service provider has this.

    This greatly help us identify the invoice the patient is paying for. We hope that you add this soon. Thank you.

    Currently review requests are only sent if a client confirms the appointment. Majority of our clients do not confirm but still show up and therefore do not get review requests. We need a way to have review requests sent to every client with an appointment confirmed or not (with the exception of if it was cancelled or rescheduled).

  3. A feature that would allow us to delete texts. select 1 or all text replies instead of just archiving .them.

    Like in Google the ability to delete texts received with a checkbox and the option to delete all . It's time consuming to archive .

  4. department

    Ability for phone to display what department the incoming call is coming from right now we use different ring tones per different departments but it would be nice if there was something visual as well to depict the department on the phone. We use different greetings for one department that's why its important for us.

  5. Means to receive Batch Closure Notification email with totals per location

    Other Merchant Processors offer receiving Batch Closure Notification email with totals per location. Why doesn't company that is trading on stock market offering this necessary simple feature? Seems like everytime you turn around answer is create a feature request....

    It would be a lot more efficient if we could send messages to users that are logged in. I have 50 co-workers across 2 locations and being able to see who is logged in with be awesome!

  8. Changing the message when out of the office

    Please, please, please bring back the old way to change the out of office message! It used to be so simple in the portal. Now it seems like it takes 10 steps for what used to take 2! It is so much more difficult! Office hours also used to be easier to change. The main line, phone tree, etc! So confusing and unnecessary! Keep it simple for us please!

  9. Inactive status patients need reminders too please and thank you ;)

    We are an orthodontic practice who have many "inactive status" patients who call years after because of a broken or lost retainer who need to come in one time for an appointment and their status is not changing but they still need to get reminders of their appointments. We would also like the option of looking them up if we want to. Why is the option to toggle it on and off if we can't see them either way? :(

  10. Email marketing advanced filters and formatting requests

    Email marketing advanced filters and formatting requests:
    - allow more format options for the campaign so offices aren't limited to their campaigns all being the same general structure
    - not require a header if office wouldn't like one
    - enable the ability to do hyperlinks and not have to create a button for linking to everywhere they want to send their patients.
    - enable more button features so they can link to more than just a url.

  11. LEGAL ISSUE

    As of right now, there is a LEGAL issue which has been created from me transferring over to weave. I currently cannot use any of my consent forms. There is no functionality for the doctor to edit a field (i.e. put the procedure being done) then having the patient sign. The suggestion that was provided was I have the patient sign and then sent to me for review/edit. This is ILLEGAL. I cannot edit fields once the patient has signed. This is with literally every and any contract in the United States. I already had some patients question me why…

  13. Notification for separate Parents

    I believe the feature for children notifications is underwhelmed.. i see it being beneficial for both parents to receive their children's appointment reminders, notifications, etc. Say example the parents are divorced, if only one parent is listed on the account for the children how would the other parent be in the loop? This seems to be somewhat of a flaw.

  14. Customize family module for communication purposes

    The family module currently pulls according to what it shows in the office's PMS but sometimes the family will want a different person named as the Person of contact on behalf of their family. It would be wonderful if we could customize their family module in Weave! Especially so that when sending forms on behalf of a dependent through the patient profile you can influence who will actually be sent the link.

  19. Auto delete landline text notifications ("Send failed: destination does not accept texts - check the number and try again")

    Our messages get so bogged down with auto replies like this. Then it takes our office staff 10+ min just to sort through the auto replies for the day and delete them. There's never a single one that i wish to keep for any reason. Mostly telemarketers and banks trying to get me to borrow money as a business owner. I would love to auto-archive these message to save our staff time/sanity during their day. As our practice grows it just gets worse.

  20. Allow online scheduling to show certain times for certain appointments

    When they select an appointment type, it will only show them appointment time slots for that type. Allow us to modify what appointment times are available for certain appointments.
