  1. Cancel Review Invitation for no-shows

    I would love it if the review link was not sent to patients that did not show to their appointment. I love the auto-send feature, but it sent a review to a new patient that had never been to our office and didn't show to their appointment. That doesn't make our office look great, and it is pretty inconvenient for us to go through and send out the review links manually. It would be awesome if that could be fixed! Thank you for your time.

    Hi all - we should be handling this today in Weave already. If an appointment is marked as no-show or canceled, we will not send out the review request. If you see issues with this, please contact me so we can troubleshoot - it's possible that your PMS isn't sending data to Weave in a timely manner, so we don't know to suppress the review message.

  2. Only send reviews after certain exam types

    It would be very helpful if the auto review prompts could be set to only go out after certain exam types. We have turned Reviews off and are considering discontinuing it because it doesn't work for patients coming in for weekly therapy appointment or contact lens follow ups to be getting review requests after these appointments. Patients are getting annoyed when they get these review request texts every week after their appointments.

    We moved several Reviews settings to Auto-Messaging (Portal > Messages > Auto-Messaging) and with this change there are several options available to you now!

    • Flexible send time - send hours or days after the appointment start time at the interval of your choosing
    • Filter review requests based on appointment type, appointment status, practitioner, and more
    • Send a review request via email
    • Add customization to your templates like First Name and Practice Name

  3. Better management of review invite send times & frequencies

    Allow review invitations to be sent at least 24 hours after the patient's appointment. Also, we don't want them to receive the review notifications too late at night.

  6. Dynamic fields for Reviews

    In the review message, it doesn't allow me to link my patients' names in the message. But the reminders do. Feels a bit wired. Maybe the development team can add this feature in.

    Hi! Please improve the "reviews" feature and correct the error where private feedback isn't properly displaying the name of the patient who provides the feedback.

  8. Customize freq. for Auto Review Texts

    Let us customize the amount of automatically sent review texts. It would be really nice to use the auto feature, but we have a lot of appts for follow up with our patients and we don't want to flood them with soooo many requests for a review! It would be very nice if we could pick the appointment type (like you can for recall) or a frequency limitation e.g. if they have had one in the last 6months don't send another, or if they have already left us a review don't send another for x amount of years/appts.

    Hello!

    In Weave we do limit the number of reviews texts a patient will get. They should not receive more than one in a three month time period. If you are seeing this happening more than that for a patient please reach out to our support team www.weavehelp.com.

  9. Manual Reviews

    Recently there was a Weave update that moved the customization of review requests to auto-messaging. Our office does not like to send auto-messages, and would prefer to send manual requests. There is now no option to customize what this says. Please fix, or change back to how it previously was.

    Hi Blaire, a fix is going out to desktop app today, so look for the latest version to be available to you sometime this week. When you go to send a review request, it will take you to the conversation where you can edit the message before sending it. We have some nice upgrades for templates coming very soon in the new Weave experience.

  10. individual reviews

    I sent review requests to individual patients and not through the Weave automated system. My request is to be alerted if I'm sending a review request to a patient I already sent a review request to within the last month, or restrict the sending if they have been sent one within a certain amount of time.

  13. Weave CHAT

    We love the new office CHAT feature. It would work better for our office if there were a sound notification or the weave box would pop up when a new message is received. When Weave is in the background, we can't easily tell when we receive a message.
