Would it be possible to send a review link to patients via email?

We moved several Reviews settings to Auto-Messaging (Portal > Messages > Auto-Messaging) and with this change there are several options available to you now!
- Flexible send time - send hours or days after the appointment start time at the interval of your choosing
- Filter review requests based on appointment type, appointment status, practitioner, and more
- Send a review request via email
- Add customization to your templates like First Name and Practice Name

Individuals are much more likely to write a more detailed review if they have access to a pc keyboard to write their review. SMS is great, SMS + email is better.

Some of our clients do not have smart phones. It would be great to send review links to e-mails

I have several patient who do not have cell phones, I need to be able to e-mail the review link to them any plans to have this as an available option?

Email requests for reviews instead of just text. Several of our patients (especially older generations) prefer email to text so we would be able to get more reviews if we also had to option of emailing the request out.

Weave is amazing but If i may. We do not have the option of sending patients a link to review us thru email. Hope the weave team can provide the option of email beside text only.

1.please allow the program to send an email for a review (As well as a text)
2. Please automate it so that it sends a text after the patient leaves and then again in 1 week as a reminder (for reviews)
3. can you guys add online scheduling? has this been looked at? -
