  1. Disable or Change "Schedule Appointment" Button for Recalls

    Please allow the ability to disable the "Schedule Appointment" button on recalls. Alternatively, allow the ability to direct the patient to our online scheduler (add a target URL). The problem is patients are clicking on this and now have to wait for a call from the office. This is extremely inefficient.

  3. Turn off Pre-Fill feature for forms

    It is best to have an option to turn off the pre-fill feature for forms, since many clients who don't review their answers from previous visits, or don't change the pet's info to the correct pet (especially when sent two forms in one packet) and it's VERY important that they review and correctly answer the questions. Some are not changing answers as needed. We would love to be able to turn this feature off.

  4. More super admin ability to change user info

    Super admin should be able to edit all users information. For example changing names as different persons come in and out of the office. We have some generic emails we use for the front desk or office so team members don't have to use personal emails.

    None of this information shouldn't be able to be changed, Name, phone number, email.

  5. Initials on actionable to all for text messages

    As an administrator it would be nice to be able to see who moves text messages from actionable to all. We have had a few instances where the message is marked completed and moved to all but the client was not fully helped.

  7. Code to use to exclude appt reminders/confirmation communication

    Our previous software had the capability to recognize a code at the beginning of our appointment descriptions that would cue the software to NOT send appt reminders/confirmations/etc. For example, we take patients to a surgery center for some treatment. Those appts involve a lot of moving pieces and we don't want patients to get notifications at all. So we have always been able to add the prefix "PNA" to the appt descriptions.   8. Team Chat - Actionable- Patient Tag

    I love the actionable option through messaging. It is nice to see that someone has read it, but also knowing it hasn't been completed yet. I would LOVE to have that option also under team chat, because sometimes a task is given and can get lost in the whole chat. I also, can support the message on Patients being tagged in team chat as well. It would be even great if you could click on the patient tag and have their info pop up from the team chat conversation.

  10. To have " mark as read" setting for each auto- messaging "appointment reminders"

    For the last 3 years we have had a auto message that went out 3 hours before their appointment asking them to text to let us know they have arrived and to stay in the their car. At which point we confirm them into our PMS. When its time for them to come in we texted them asking them to come in. Starting today this message is being moved to all and marked as read. This is an issue and would like to see the ability to turn on and off the "mark as read" per each auto-message.

  11. save the day for eyefinity EHR users

    please integrate weave save a day appointment reminder with eyefinity EHR/PM! I think about 70-90% of the optometrists in CA take VSP and VSP hosts its electronic medical record via its Eyefinity PM and EHR so this is an area that Weave can really help by allowing integration of Eyefinity EHR with Weave Say the Day so patients can get appointment reminders right away as they schedule the appointment for the eye exams. I am sure potential eye dr offices clients of weave would be more inclined to subscribe to Weave if this feature is available too! Thanks so much!

    Have a time stamp on when Online schedule requests come into our desktop app. We sometimes have multiples or even for requests that are not available on the schedule and we have no way of troubleshooting.

  13. Auto reminder to complete forms until they have been completed

    When trying to get patients, particularly new patients, to complete the necessary FORM, it would be nice to have an auto-message that continues to go out every1-2 days until the patient clicks on the FORM and completes it.

  15. Regulate the ability to delete text messages

    Text messages that have already been sent to clients are able to be deleted. For example, if a tech assistant erroneously tells a client to discontinue medication, they can delete the text message after it has already been sent and received by client. As the practice manager, I cannot see what has been sent from our business number, even though a client has received this. The information is not recoverable.   16. Template Autofill - Pet's Name

    When creating templates for text messages to clients, one of the autofill options is "pet's name," which automatically selects the first listed patient or "pets' names," which lists every pet. However, since most clients have more than one pet, it would be nice to be able to message from a selected pet (instead of just the client) so that it could autofill their specific name.

  17. Ability to transfer an incoming fax from a regular line to the fax line.

    It would be very convenient if we were able to program our fax line phone number into an available phone extension so that when a fax tries to come to a regular phone line, we can transfer to the fax line.

  19. save the date reminders not being sent so fast

    Needing an option to choose when the save the date reminder goes out exactly. so like 20 mins,30mins and hour. When we put an appointment on accident it send a message to them for the wrong time then sends another one once appointment is finalized.
