    Implement a new filter on the Weave Portal Invoice & Payment Summary to allow filtering by Date Invoice Refunded

  2. Option to delete/trash Fax messages in bulk, between specific date ranges in Admin Portal

    Currently in the Admin Portal> Fax. You can select a date range in order to export the data to an Excel sheet but, I had an office request to be able to have a function that would allow them to select a date range, check a box or a radio button to "Select All Within Range" or something- and delete all of them in bulk.

    The only way to delete Faxes is currently from the archives, one at a time.

  4. Customer would like an integration to where our faxes are stored

    They are a high volume fax practice and need to be able to have a url or api that would give them the ability to process and store faxes in services like Sharepoint.

  5. Identify user permissions for Data Sync service

    Please identify all permissions needed for the Data Sync service to function. Running as the Local System account is definitely an over-reach and a security risk as a result, since Data Sync allows remote control over entire servers containing sensitive patient data.

    A list of functions that Weave can remotely perform on a server using Data Sync would also be appreciated, please.

  6. Identify URLs and ports for Data Sync and phones

    I'd like to know what URLs and ports are needed for the phones and Data Sync software to communicate in order to apply firewall rules to restrict everything else, please. Also, do the phones need to be able to communicate with each other locally when making an interoffice call?

  7. Prevent patient images from being sent by Data Sync

    Please give an option to NOT send patient images by Data Sync, particularly with Open Dental. We don't keep photos of our patients, and I find that it's sending up images of documents, which is kind of a HIPAA concern: transmitting patient data that doesn't need to be transmitted.

    An office I spoke to wants there to be a way to retrieve recently archived messages, since sometimes they accidentally archive a message and don't know which patient it is from so they can't just search the text thread.

    I spoke with Weave and Revolutionehr regarding the ability to use the
    Save the Date Reminder Feature with Weave.

  12. Voiding Credit card payment

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - ADD a VOID option on the Weave app for credit cards. If we run a credit card for the wrong amount, we have to fix it by "refunding" it on the Weave portal. This messes up the report because it still adds the amount into the day's total. Having a VOID option would make it like it NEVER HAPPENED.

    I have been using Weave for many years now but it does not integrate with my EHR, My Vision Express. I was told initially that Weave was working on getting integrated but it has not happened. Can you please work on getting integrated with My Vision Express?

  18. Online Scheduling Improvement

    The recall functionality as it currently exists in Weave is lacking. Having recall reminders sent via text or email, but without a fully functional scheduling link is very inferior to other vendor options. A fully functional scheduling feature would be able to look into RevolutionEHR for actual open slots, allow the patient to choose a slot, then write back into RevolutionEHR to fill the slot.

    Please consider adding this feature in the near future. Currently we are using a different vendor for those services.

  19. Field for payment details needed

    Sending weave invoices is great! But sometimes it is confusing who the payment is actually for. For example, we may send the invoice to the parent of a child. When the payment comes in, it can be confusing as to who the payment is actually for.

    It would be helpful if when making the payment, the patient could add in a text box either the name/dob or account # that the payment should be applied to. Or a notes field for them to add any further details that would help us match the payment accuratly

  20. More Efficient Call Tree

    The call tree system, as it stands, is completely inefficient. Requiring an admin to add a user to the call tree is just adding extra steps. Why not allow normal users to add themselves to a phone tree? In addition, make this feature usable from the desktop app rather than the admin portal.

    Companies with multiple locations would benefit greatly from this flexibility.
