Office would like to sync Payments to PMs to automatically show payments that were processed through Weave
Right now the office needs to manually update the payments in the patient profile in their practice management system. They would like payments to automatically reflect payments that are made through Weave.

Forward Incoming Faxes to Email
Please allow for the ability to have incoming faxes received, to auto forward to an email account we can designate?

refund options updated
We need to be able to provide a refund to a patient with a different card - if the original card expired or was lost etc. For any amount - if possible - not just what was paid on that card.

Integration with Impromed - Phone Numbers
Within Impromed software, the integration is pulling the phone numbers from the Patient File versus the Client File. This ends up with sometimes pulling the wrong number to text and then the integration is no longer useful for this feature.

Features on Weave App iPad
It would be highly beneficial to add the digital form templates to the weave app on apple products. We find it would be beneficial to have our iPad chair side to go through the form with them in a convenient and more efficient manner.

Website Widget Customizable
We would like to be able to customize the widget to have our logo or something else besides the Weave logo because it is not a good indicator as to what the widget is or why it is there. We want our patients to be able to see the logo/widget and know that it is for communicating their needs with us directly.

Auto Post for Credit Card Payments
Good Morning,
We are new to Weave and love most of the features. It would be really helpful and save some extra steps if the credit card payments would auto fill into the Eaglesoft account. Before moving to Weave, we used Best Card and they are really trying to get our business back, they currently have the auto fill feature for credit card payments. It would be great if you could add that feature also.

Filter "Undeliverable" Text Messages
With the new text message update, we are receiving "undeliverable" messages back from those numbers who have opted out of texts. This bogs down our messages. Every day we are weeding through 80+ messages that are "undeliverable" because they have opted out of texts, all while new texts are coming through. It is overwhelming. If there was a way to set up an automatic filter to filter those messages out so that we can take care of the more important messages, (cancellations, ordering, etc.) and get rid of those as we have time, that would be helpful.

Text notifications when a payment is received in text to pay
Text notifications when payments get made/accepted from text to pay please! Otherwise you are having to ask clients to "text back after they've made payment" or just waiting and seeing by checking history every few seconds. Yes...I know that we get an email. But that is not available to everyone in the hospital or from each computer we use.

Treatment Plan Reminders
Hello! We love the automated recall messaging. Right now it is not giving us the options to do recall messages for anything other than perio and prophy related visits (including x-rays, etc.) We would love to be able to do a recall automation for patients who also have annual TMD, Sleep and Denture checkups. Refresh Weave website OVERKILL
Weave has recently begun to constantly log us out of the website. Logging back in is NOT a quick, one-step process either. While I'm on the phone with a patient and need to check if they have answered the COVID questions; I have to put them on hold to wait for Weave to catch up!

Option to delete/trash a Fax directly from the Desktop App
Currently, in order to be able to delete a Fax. Offices have to archive the fax and then go to the admin portal in order to delete the fax from Archives.

Have phone settings restored after software updates
When software updates are pushed to our Yealink handheld wireless phones, our ring tone goes back to the default ring. It appears, and I was told by a Weave rep, that any settings are restored to default. For example, we have auto-answer upon picking up headset turned off, but after a software update, the auto-answer is turned on. We'd like for our phones to have the settings saved and restored after software updates are pushed. Thank you.

Software Improvements
Hello,
I wanted to make a couple of suggestions that would be helpful in future updates to weave:
1. I would like there to be a way that weave could highlight people who have left a review so that we don't re-send review requests to people who have already left a review.
2. I would like the copy/paste feature to be enabled in the review section, as I re-post reviews on our social media and currently have to go to Google to copy/paste and have to manually re-type the private reviews.

Automatic Updates for Desktop App
Please enable automatic updates to the Weave desktop app. Our staff likely dismiss the notifications for updates, which then leads to issues with the app. It would be great if the app would queue an update for the next time the app is launched, or if it could be performed outside of office hours.
