  1. 1 Click phone call through Dentrix

    I call a lot of patients each week(200+) and to be able to click 1 button in Dentrix that calls the patient from my phone would be life changing. It would save me so much time and frustration dialing number after number after number. I would like for it to be as simple as clicking their telephone number in Dentrix and have it instantly go through on my phone, like a hyperlink.   2. Updated Wellness form

    Wellness form is very out dated. Needs to have updated guidelines for travel, vaccination etc. Canadian Guidelines need to be added. Clients should be able to update there own wellness form.

  3. Danielle Del Presto Keep it Simple

    1. I would like for my desk top app to go full screen.
    2. I would like to see my name instead of call answered by unknown.
    3. I would like voicemail to be sorted by date or be able to select a sort feature myself.
    4. If using phone app it scrolls allover the place and I'm at the bottom and it brings me back to top.
    5. I have helped and been a tester for CRYSTAL PM since 2012 - I have been working for years with technology.

  4. Shared phone numbers in family file & Caller ID

    Shared phone numbers on caller ID often show up as a child instead of head-of-household or adult patient. Is there a way to change this?

  5. Electronic Prescriptions though Weave software and Mobile devices

    It would be nice to be able to send prescriptions right to the pharmacy through the software we are already using at the office and on our mobile devices. Utah is already requiring e Prescriptions for all controlled substances (starting Jan 1, 2022)

  6. Multiple Statuses that Send Auto Texts for Order purchases

    It would be great to have more than two options (currently Received and Dispensed) under the Eyewear Mapping Status section that send out automated text reminders. For example, when we mark a glasses order as "Remade" in our patient management system it would send out an auto text reminder letting the patient know their order is being remade (the text would be one the office has created under the auto-reminders section). Also, an option to customize the names of our "Custom 1" and "Custom 2" text templates and the option to add more than 2 customizable text templates would be…

  7. Eyewear Notifications - auto switch from "Received" to "Notified"

    With Eyewear reminders: When Weave sees a "Received" status and sends a text, it would be helpful to have Weave then mark the order as "Notified" in the practice management software (similar to the mark "Confirmed" function in the appointment reminders.
    As of now when an order is marked as "Received" a text may go out, but there isn't an easy way for staff to see if they need to make a subsequent phone call.

  11. Call Pop Length

    I love the call pop feature but it does not stay up long enough. It disappears after answering the call. I would like to see it stay up during the call for at least 10 seconds, which will give my team time to run the account of phone number and pull up the client info for a better interaction with the client

  12. Phone number for multiple locations

    We have multiple locations and would like the same phone number used for both locations in regards to phone calls and text messages. We would like to be able to edit the number listed in the auto- appointment reminder emails and text since currently the same phone number can not be attached to both locations.

  13. Navigate From Weave to PMS Medical Record via Patient Profile or Messages

    A med cos customer would like to have the ability to click through and navigate from a Patient Profile or a patient's name in Messages straight to that patient's medical record in their PMS (in this case it is NexTech). This would make it really convenient for front desk employees when they need to locate a patient in their PMS who they've just been communicating with in Weave.   14. Call patients straight from the Schedule

    When you click on the more information button for a patient (indicated as a white i in a blue circle at the top of the schedule), it gives you a quick window with a lot of information. It also presents phone numbers and email addresses as hyperlinks to a service called the Telephony Dialer. It would be so helpful if that link could sync with Weave and automatically pull up the patient or call the phone number.

  15. Automatic Updates for Desktop App

    Please enable automatic updates to the Weave desktop app. Our staff likely dismiss the notifications for updates, which then leads to issues with the app. It would be great if the app would queue an update for the next time the app is launched, or if it could be performed outside of office hours.   17. Constant Technical Issues

    Is anyone else experiencing tons of technical issues with Weave? We've been extremely disappointed in the platform since we first signed up (in September 2021). Our calls drop, the speakerphone app doesn't work, we experience constant technical issues with the phone function on the mobile app, the app will freeze and then quit, among other things. We've been told there's a "bug" in the app, and that the software development team is working on it.   18. OpenDental API and Database Integrity

    Starting in version 21.4 of OpenDental, 3rd party vendors will not be allowed to write directly to OpenDental Databases.

    Transition Timeline:
    We need to give you time to transition to the API. Here's a rough idea of how that transition will work. Version 21.4 will be released approx 12/2021.
