  1. Problem with the fax timing

    Hello , we have a problem that the date on the fax cover sheet is different than the date we actually send the fax. That happens frequently. Please check Fax no. 8448882823 sent from bedford location in May 29 , 9:30 PM and the date on the fax cover sheet is May 30. That cause us a lot of problems with the insurance companies .Please get back to us regarding this issue. Thank you

  2. GET NEW HOLD MUSIC

    Your hold music is horrrrrrrrible!!! I have been on hold for over 15 mins now and had it on speaker- 2 patients and 3 employees have asked what that awful music is. Violins!!??? seriously??

  3. Text Messaging easier to see

    Looks like you are having trouble deciding how to display our text messages. I would be thrilled if it just said Sent and Received. Having the Sents out of the way would be wonderful!! Thanks, Kathy

  4. Notification on bounce back text

    It would be great to have some type of notification when a text bounces back. Right now there is just a red mark next to the message but an alert kinda of like when a fax doesn't go though. We had a patient come to an appointment but then cancel it because they were not prepared for the financial payment. This is lost revenue for our practice since we are unable to refill that time slot. Thank you for reviewing this request and if you have questions feel free to email or call me 402-493-6500 ext 105.     Due to lack of votes on this idea, we're going to close this one out. The current inbox experience provides the red dots and those message threads automatically show up in Actionable, so there is good functionality to highlight bounce back messages.

  7. Call waiting beep

    It would be helpful if there was a way to turn off the incoming call "beep" that happens when you are on another line. As a business with multiple phone lines ringing in, it is an annoyance if you are on a call and other lines continue to ring in.

    An archive file or moving the archive button would be nice.
    Right now, it is right below the 'mark unread' option and easy to misclick.
    This has caused us to be unable to find patients' texts if you did not catch the name before accidentally archiving

    very top of desktop application-- where the logo and chat symbol is.. add a symbol for messages, so we can click that and go to messages quickly (in 1 click) regardless of where we are in the Application

  10. Moe to ALL instead of archive

    I like the idea of actionable, however I accidentally set to Archive instead of unread for an unknown patient and now we can not find the message. Having archive button I do not think is necessary, having "Move to All" instead might be more beneficial with less potential problem of finding the messages like in my case. Our goal is to have a clean "Actionable" list that we need to respond too. Right now messages that patient replies OK to can not be set to all unless I set it to archive or respond to it and neither of these…

  11. Make it work better

    WHen I get an in office message, and click view, I go to the conversation but the newest message sometimes is not there. Sometimes it shows me only a very old conversation. This is a pretty big issue, and happens frequently but not every time.

  12. Edit "opt out" message

    We need to be able to customize the "opt out" of texting message so that people realize that they will no longer receive appt reminders. We have patients opt out and then we have to call them to remind of appts and they wonder why they don't get text reminders any more. It defeats the main purpose we have WEAVE.

    It would be really cool if WEAVE could automatically recognize telephone numbers that are sms and don't require being keyed in a specific spot . Solution Reach had this capability. It just helped us save a step. =)

  18. Pushing Manual Texts

    Weave Messaging v2 Beta - this version will not allow a manual text without a # being entered into our patient software. Some of our parents do not want to receive texts except for the day before, or a non-custodial parent needs a manual text the day before.   19. cdc guidelines changing

  20. Texting Return

    I just have a suggestion with the texting portion of this program. It would be really nice if we could hit return without it sending the message, but just going to the next line. More like true texting is done. The habit is to hit return, then we send messages before they are ready to be sent.
