Moe to ALL instead of archive
I like the idea of actionable, however I accidentally set to Archive instead of unread for an unknown patient and now we can not find the message. Having archive button I do not think is necessary, having "Move to All" instead might be more beneficial with less potential problem of finding the messages like in my case. Our goal is to have a clean "Actionable" list that we need to respond too. Right now messages that patient replies OK to can not be set to all unless I set it to archive or respond to it and neither of these actions would be correct

Disable archiving text messages. An employee accidentally archived a text this morning and it took the use of dental intel and way too much time plugging patients into weave and looking at texts to find the archived message. Actionable messages are great, but really only need to move to "all" rather than archive completely.

Thank you for this comment! We will be adding a button to move messages to the All tab soon. And while we will be retaining the archive button, it will be in a separate menu.
