  1. Post Code for Canadian Clients

    I was on my desktop today trying to use an existing template for email marketing. I tried adding my business info. It would not let me add any alphabets for the postal code and only numeric values were accepted. I spoke to a team member at Weave to help me with this issue and I was suggested to add some zeros. It looked very unprofessional to send an email campaign like that. This should be fixed for Canadian clients.

  2. Fax Favorites Needed

    A fax "Quicklist" would be appreciated. It would be much more efficient to click the favorite instead of searching for it in the directory if you fax to the same number dozens of times daily. :)

  4. Please add a notification for when a contact has opted out of receiving text messages when selecting a contact to message

    Please add a notification for when a contact has opted out of receiving text messages when selecting a contact to message. This way we can make a record that this patient has opted out and can reach them another way. Also, the list of recipients should be in some sort of order either the order selected or in alphabetical order this will make it easier to add and deselect recipients.

  5. Online Scheduling Forms: Auto Fill Data from Google Chrome or other web browsers needs to be allowed

    When patients are using their personal computer or phone:

    The information that is saved, like first name, last name, and email address currently has to be typed or copied and pasted manually

    This creates inefficiency and confusion for the customer and patients alike.

    Everyone loves auto-fill and relies on it to make each process quicker and more efficient.

    Please correct software to allow auto-fill from google chrome, other browsers and personal devices.

  6. Data sync disconnected alert

    Our data sync app has disconnected several times - which causes the auto reminders not to be sent. Would like to have some sort of alert when that happens and an alert that notifies Weave so the data sync can be restored more quickly and we don't have patients miss their appointments

  7. ability to block phone numbers less than 10 digits

    We have been receiving an incredible number of spoofing calls coming from phone numbers with only 9 digits. Because of this we can't block the number. The suggestion was made by customer support to have an answering phone tree, but our office doesn't like to operate that way. Can the design team work on a fix so we can block these numbers? It would be even better to be able to block from the desk top app vs the portal. We are not asking for you to block before it calls in, but only to give us a fighting chance…

  9. Cancel function on the desktop schedule

    It would be great to have a cancel option for an appointment on the schedule function of the desktop app. We are having issues Weave not syncing our cancelled/rescheduled appointments and there is no way to remove their name from Weave's desktop schedule and reminders are still going out.

  10. Email campaigns going to patient’s spam folder

    We have sent out multiple email campaigns to later learn that most patients do not receive them because they go to spam folders. Please fix this issue or allow campaigns to be sent from office email rather than generic Weave email address. What is the point of this feature if patients don’t even receive the emails

  11. Ability to delete or cancel payment plans

    Currently cannot delete or cancel payment plans if a patient pays the balance off. Seems like a huge oversight and we have patients complaining about this.

  13. Bulk Messaging Free for Number of Patients

    We have a large amount of patients, +5,000 on our list. We are paying a premium to have Weave Service - however; to pay an almost $200 to text everyone an announcement once a month is a little silly.
    It would be nice to allow at least one bulk message per month to all customers without having to pay an additional fee.

  16. Allow Chrome Autofill for Online Scheduling

    After complaints from patients about the inability to schedule an appt, we realized that if you use Chrome Autofill to complete the Appt Request, Weave doesn't recognize that those fields are filled in, so patients can't submit. There is no way for us to alert patients that they must type all info and not use Autofill except to add a custom field which would put it at the bottom and patients wouldn't see it until AFTER they've already completed the form. Our workaround is we modified the First Name text to add Type do not use Autofill. If Weave can't…

  17. Assigning fax numbers to departments

    We have 2 fax lines for one building and need to be able to assign them to different departments.
    We received hundreds of faxes and its easy for them to get lost in one big "pile". In our specific example, we have one that is scheduling/medical records and one that is business office. Business office is getting overwhelmed by going through all the medical records received and has missed a few of their assignments by it being "lost" in the weeds of the fax list.

  18. Make timing of recipients receiving bulk text more precise.

    I'd like to be able to send a message that a webinar is starting in 10 minutes or send a notice at 8:00am when it's not too early to text but before recipient's day gets going.

    Right now I'm seeing that bulk texts hit recipients 30-70 minutes after I want them to.

  19. Update schedule when a patient reschedules no matter how you reschedule it

    We have Dolphin and it would be nice anytime you reschedule an appointment that it updates the schedule even if you don't cancel it first then reschedule. Right now we click reschedule or click and drag the patient into a new spot because it is convenient, but frustrating that the schedule still shows them in that spot because we did not physically cancel the appointment first. So the schedule shows we have 73 patients for the day, when in reality we have 61. Things now a days are about convenience and ease. It would be really nice not matter what…

  20. Insurance Verification

    PLEASE put the insurance companies back in alphabetical order!! The order of payer number is just ridiculous. No one looks it up by number. And post an update information BEFORE you do the changes so we don't freak out when there is a major change and we have to call in and waste time finding out that it was an update and we weren't informed about it prior. We could have told you it was a stupid idea.
