    The photos for campaigns are terrible! Most don't pertain to dental offices or holidays. This is truly having us look into other companies to switch to as we used to use campaigns with practice mojo often and we are not happy with what weave has to offer.

  2. Frequently used tags shown at the top

    Happy Holidays! In the "Filter Messages/Tags" secrtion of the desktop app, it would be FABULOUS to change the order of the tags listed so that the most used will be at the top of the list down to the least used?

  3. Adding Contacts through Text Message on Desktop App

    Adding/saving contacts on the computer and not just through the mobile app. Not sure why on the app I can save a contact through a text message but not on the computer.

  6. Appointment Request Response Emails

    On the email reminders that are sent daily for my office, when we receive the response from the patient clicking on the link to request the office contact them, we simply get an email saying "Patient X has requested to be contacted to schedule an appointment." The problem is when I have multiple patients with the same name. There is no additional information on the email for me to identify which one of the multiple "John Smiths" is the one that is requesting access unless I dig into the sent emails and see if I can match someone up.   8. Choose/Apply a department in bulk messages.

    We would love the option to choose a department in bulk messages. That way messages can be filtered to the right department and responded to accordingly. For example, I am reaching out to old Implant leads. Rather than having the front desk get inundated by responses to my texts I'd like to have them sent from my department.

  9. a pop up or message that lets you know your text is ready to be sent

    It's hard to know for sure when a text message has been accepted to be sent. I.e. I select all the people I want, add, and then save ad nothing really shows up to say "it's ready". Had a message send out 3+ times once because the system never said "ready".

  10. an easier way to send out the next group of texts over 1000

    While i love the ability to mass text patients....I used the feature far less because of how hard it is to pick the next group of people beyond the first 1000. It takes me quite a long time to individually select the 800+ names I need to send the message out to. some way to instantly pick the "next group" would be amazing.

  11. Payments that need attention (help with reconciliation)

    If they get a payment that comes in after business hours are done for the day (e.g. 11PM tonight), they end up needing to go in the following day and retroactively balance these payments for the previous day, which has become tedious for them when it happens. They are wondering if there is a way to make it so that payments that come in after business hours are put into some sort of pending state to where they will only post on the following business day during business hours.

    I recently starting working with marketing company that helps you with google SEO, and they have a AI chatbot that is basically powered by google, which I think would be an incredible integration for weave, specially for after hours, it seems pretty simple and straight forward to use.

  15. return the technology that allowed us to truly verify insurance instead of our staff bein g burdened with it it

    we originally bought into your technology to have "insurance verification" workload taken away from staff. It worked fine the first couple of weeks. However, the staff is needing to do it themselves by contacting the provider about frequencies. Work that weave was doing but now only does infrequently at best. Before we can add ideas on improving the app, we are sharing our thoughts on how not to LESSEN the app. Please respond and let us know action is being taken. Otherwise we need to find technology (and it does exist)that is more suitable for our needs. Thank You

  16. Increase Weave syncing frequency between PMs

    It is taking between 1-2 hours for patients to get glasses and contact lens notification texts once we click on notify in our PM. We would really like to shorten this amount of time and have Weave sync more frequently so patients can come in before close to pick them up. Especially when we can't notify until later in the day.

  17. Online scheduling to match actual availability

    We utilize EMA by Modernizing Medicine currently and Klara for our online scheduling. The availability is synced up with EMA so our actual openings show online. If the appointment gets filled by our staff it removes the opening from Klara online when a person tries to schedule.
