    From what I gather, it sounds like you're interested in having conditional logic for a Rich Text Box. Since Rich Text Boxes are generally used to display information and don't have labels or input fields, I'm unsure how conditional logic would apply in this context.

    It just an informational field that can consist of a lot of informational text.

    Could you please provide more details or an example of how you'd like to use conditional logic with a Rich Text Box? Understanding your specific use case will help us better address your needs.

  4. Text to pay with invoice

    With the text to pay as of now you have to save the file as a PDF, which is time consuming when you are doing statements. With the price of postage going up it would be nice for Weave to have a way to import the statements from Revolution EHR where we could just text the patient with the link to pay and the statement of charges attached.

    Another great feature would be the ability to send a text to pay to a group or selected list of people all at the same time.

  6. Fillable Forms to Text for Signature

    Treatment consent forms have to be specific, so we wish there was a way to create a form giving specific info, like # of teeth to be treated with what material, then send to pt for signature. We currently use Adobe esign for this but would like the ability to text these forms to pts.

  8. Add DOB under Add New Contact (without having to select Add Field)

    On the Weave App, under Add New Contact, it currently shows fields for First Name, Last Name, Mobile Phone, and Email. Would love for DOB to show as well since this is important for medical offices to identify patients who have the same names. I know it's under "Add Field" but I could see employees not remembering to enter DOB if they have to click a few more buttons.

  11. Bulk message past due hygiene patients to fill open schedule

    On the app, if you click lists, then over due patients it brings up a list of different times of past due recall patients. It would be soooooooo much easier if you could copy, cut and paste these specific lists and place them in bulk messaging to fill an opening on your hyg. schedule. Bulk messaging is too complicated to save as csv file from dental software, then import in specific parameters!

  12. I should be able to select the greeting played. Several times, the wrong greeting has played. Give us the options to select greeting.

    We have several greeting, like Office Hours, Vacation, On Another Call, Weekend Greeting, and many times the greeting get scrambled and I need to call customer support so it can be fixed. Give the office the ability to select their own greetings

  13. Filter patient forms when selecting from drop down menu desktop app

    When sending forms to patient from weave desktop app you have to select form from drop down menu. All forms that we have created show up but we only use about 4 of them on daily basis. Would like an option to filter which form are in drop down menu.

  15. recall for patients' 6 month cleaning needs to be fixed

    I had a patient who called the beginning of April to say she will be in town the end of April, and will like to make an appointment for a night guard impression. She was also supposed to get a text April 15th to schedule her cleaning in June. Because she was scheduled for a 20 minute night guard impression, she did not get her alert to schedule a cleaning.   19. Auto Text Reminders sent to DELETED Appointments

    Weave is suddenly sending auto reminders to appointments which have been deleted. It's not recognizing this status with DrChrono EMR integration and continues to send reminders to patients who have deleted appoints. We were offered a solution to first cancel the appointment, then wait 15- 20 min and then go back to delete it. This is not a viable solution for a busy practice and deleted appointments should not generate an auto reminder. Please fix this! It was never a problem int he past.

  20. Changing Patient Names in Weave Payments

    It a payment is taken under the wrong patient name - although the charge was made by the correct patient it is reflected in weave payments as the wrong patient. That being said, an edit button to change the name would be good in these situation.
