Instant notification as soon as patient's appointment is booked
Hi, we called customer support to ask if we could get an instant email notification sent to our patients as soon as we book their appointments, but the representative told me that this feature is not available at the moment and I should reach out to you guys and see if it could be added, please let us know if that is something you guys are working on or if it is soon to be added because it is important for our patients to get that instant reminder, especially we had it setup with our previous company. Feature suggestion/compliments
I love your product and would pay more to make this a hub for all my patient communications (i.e. HIPAA compliant eFax, electronic signature collection, and secure email for HIPAA documents.)

I am still having issues with my app, I am no longer able to see incoming calls or my voicemails unless I go on my cell phone.... this is kind of frustrating....

Minimize Weave box
We don't like the new update with the Weave box staying in the upper right corner of the screen. You can't move or minimize it, and it gets in the way of trying to see the full screen.

Terrible Text Messaging Notification Box
Being unable to move the text messaging box is horrible. All you can do is Ignore or Reply. You can't move it or minimize it. Terrible!

Pop up notification placement
With the new update, make it to where we can move the pop-up wherever we want it! Very obnoxious that we cannot move it from the top right corner. Thanks!

I hate the new update
Hi, We all really HATE the new update, it's very annoying, we have to keep clicking ignore, ignore on messages that are popping on the screen. I am doing my notes, sending emails, doing orders ...etc, the the annoying pop up keeps coming and I cannot reach the top right of my computer screen unless I keep hitting the ignore button multiple times. Please change it asap. Thank you!

Possible bug...when scheduling a reminder text the system won't let me change the time with the number pad, only the top keys.

please give the option to have the text message pop up to float where it works best for us. the current locations available are in the way of saving account screens in eaglesoft.

Not a fan of the update
Hi, we are wanting to pass along feedback about this update--- we really, really hate it. The pop-up window is now in our way, over things we need access to, it is 10x harder to close the windows, and harder to maximize to see the whole message. I hope this isn't permanent and if there is an option to go back to the old design we would prefer it.....

The new update in weave is not good. It put the notification window over our buttons on our schedule. Please fix!

automatically confirming dental appointments
We are new customers to Weave, and one of the selling features was automatically confirming appointments? There is some bug that is causing this not to happen? I followed up twice and it takes a lot of time to find out what is happening with the dental patient reminder system. If not resolved soon see no reason to continue using Weave. Thank you

text box and popup
When texting, you can't view the whole text while typing, you can only see one line.
Also the little popup on the upper right can't be minimized which is really annoying! I don't necessarily want to ignore everything, but I do want it off of my screen1 vote -

New Update BUGS
New update bugs that need to be fixed. Emoji's show up black. Messages that pop up in the right hand corner of the screen can not be dismissed easily. You have to hit the ignore on all messages received. When searching the messages you can not easily pin point if a message was sent because after typing in said name the number is only visible. No longer able to click on new appt for the patient when they call and send them the date of next appt via txt. it only allows you to confirm the appt. I use to…
