  1. Pop up info when a patient calls

    Since the update when patients call in it now only says the day of the week they are coming in, not the actual date.
    Also it would be nice if there was a minimize button to the chat box due to it getting in my way sometimes.

  3. small flashing icon

    It would be nice if a flashing symbol showed in the icon bar to notify of patient communication instead of the whole screen (it always interferes with work)

  4. Photos sent via Text message

    Patients able to send photos via text message, sometimes patients need to send updated insurance info, they would be able to send a photo of their ID card. Also patients who have a concern about something going on with a tooth or area of gums they can also send in their photo allowing Dr to see whats going on first to determine if they should be referred or even come in ASAP, saving them a trip into the office.

  5. Integration with Dr. Chrono

    we would really like to get better integrated with our PMS, DR. Chrono. We are not able to use WEAVE to its full potential without being integrated.

  6. Please let us move the Weave response box!

  7. "Customers" not "Patients"

    Remove the word "Patient". Replace with "Client" or "Customer". As Weave expands into other markets not all businesses refer to customers are "Clients"

  8. If music on-hold breaks, it drops the parked calls after 60 seconds.

    We recently discovered that our calls are being dropped after 1 minute when parked. We then further realized that our on-hold music wasn't working because it was an mp3 file upload (used to work originally but broke later). After on-hold music was fixed, call drops were fixed as well.

    When the line is silent, something somewhere assumes there is no data flowing and probably times out the session. Even if the issue is on the customer's router, I think it would be important to send a periodic tone signal which will keep the network session alive as well as tell…

  10. Caller ID

    Incoming phone number only shows up when the call first comes in. When you try to look after the fact on the recent call list, only the name appears. Since we have numbers in home, work and mobile fields, we would like the number shown so we know from which number to return a call.

  12. Pop-up reminders for individual patients.

    I want to be able to set individual and specific task reminders for a future date for patients. Reminders to tell me to do some sort of follow-up call or task related to the patient. Then a pop-up or something will appear in the Weave desktop app and it will, well, remind me to do something.

    Follow-Up reminders can be assigned to a specific patient through Follow-Ups on the Patient Profile.

  13. Individual user notification

    Ability to silence follow ups or delegate them to certain users only so that it doesn't pop up all day long until it is completed/deleted.

    I would like to be able to control which users can download the Weave App. I believe that this can create a huge liability for my office.

  15. integrate with other software -or-csv flexibility.

    It would be helpful to have a more usable upload for those of us who do not use 'integrated software' . Why is there no option for a data upload (if we have to do this 1x a week) patient last appointment, next appointment, birthday, and other notes? Why do we have to do a unique ID? It throws off our upload. It would be so much more helpful as well if we could just add clients to our data base as they call in rather than as an excell sheet upload everyweek. Our caller ID does not work on…

  17. Roles/Security

    We really wish access to the mobile app was controlled by a role settings. For example, we would prefer the front desk (team members) not be allowed to access the app on their phones but, of course, need a user account to access Weave desktop while at work. This would be a high priority security setting request for us.

  18. Viewing Faxes prior to downloading

    We want to be able to view our faxes from the app with a viewer without needing to have to download the each fax first. When the fax comes in, it's nondescript and not very convenient to go in and download each fax and then lose track which one we're looking at.

  19. Sounds notifications for all messages.

    In Chat, it would be nice if the app would "ding" every time you get a chat. We miss each others messages if we have it up on the app but in the background

  20. Customize reminders by individual day of the week

    Please add the ability to control reminder messages individually by day of the week, not just by number of days ahead of appointment. For instance, since we are closed Friday-Sunday, we want our Monday reminders to go out on Thursday so we have time to try to fill any changes while we are here. We have to set up all reminders for 2 days before appointment. So the way things are set up now, our Monday reminders don't go out until Saturday, which doesn't give us the chance to fill changes while we are in the office.
