Auto Confirming
maybe if the message is more than a few words its better to not confirm. It is better to not confirm than to confirm wrong because then I am at least reminded to check the messages. Its also a better surprise to see that I don't have to call when I thought I did, rather than getting yelled at because I assumed it was confirmed and then they don't show up. Thank you for all your help.

Deletion of junk e-mails
In speaking with Spencer today, there is no way to delete junk e-mails. It would be helpful to be able to delete them. Why archive them when you know they are junk you will never need or use?

More Support and Research
We tried Weave in our office and it was a complete fail... from the beginning I voiced my concerns about this being a VERY old building with internet difficulties reaching the front of the building since it is a cement building... the cordless phones we received have had issues since day one, and were never actually properly installed. Your weave employee Joshua Thomsen called and helped me set up the phones, however, every time we were able to fix something, like putting the cordless phones in the correct locations, something else would fail, like the wrong phone was ringing or…

allow tags to show up on the desktop client
it would be really great if I would not get huge pop ups about new features like actionable messaging, and then not actually get the update at all. Very frustrating for the end user.

encrypted faxes
I would like our Fax to be encrypted when we send them out thru Weave. - for HIPAA compliance.

(1) Phone/Text indications with nothing new
Our Phone and Messages tab say (1) even when we have no new missed calls or unread text messages. I think this is a glitch.

Unhappy with services
The weave software is extremely frustrating. You have to contact support every time you need something changed or updated and we end up sitting on hold for over an hour before anyone picks up. The system needs to be made where we can customize emails, texts, ect. to our needs. We will likely be cancelling very soon.

Weave reminders
We send out reminders 7 days a week. We would like to set up the reminders to go out for Saturday and Sunday at 1 pm instead 8 am like we do for M-F

GET NEW HOLD MUSIC
Your hold music is horrrrrrrrible!!! I have been on hold for over 15 mins now and had it on speaker- 2 patients and 3 employees have asked what that awful music is. Violins!!??? seriously??

Text Messaging easier to see
Looks like you are having trouble deciding how to display our text messages. I would be thrilled if it just said Sent and Received. Having the Sents out of the way would be wonderful!! Thanks, Kathy

Notification on bounce back text
It would be great to have some type of notification when a text bounces back. Right now there is just a red mark next to the message but an alert kinda of like when a fax doesn't go though. We had a patient come to an appointment but then cancel it because they were not prepared for the financial payment. This is lost revenue for our practice since we are unable to refill that time slot. Thank you for reviewing this request and if you have questions feel free to email or call me 402-493-6500 ext 105. 1 voteDue to lack of votes on this idea, we're going to close this one out. The current inbox experience provides the red dots and those message threads automatically show up in Actionable, so there is good functionality to highlight bounce back messages.

Pet Birthdays
Would like an automatic message for pet birthdays I can auto populate pet name and date everywhere but birthdays. Currently is a the big fail here

Archive File
An archive file or moving the archive button would be nice.
Right now, it is right below the 'mark unread' option and easy to misclick.

add message symbol at top
very top of desktop application-- where the logo and chat symbol is.. add a symbol for messages, so we can click that and go to messages quickly (in 1 click) regardless of where we are in the Application

Make it work better
WHen I get an in office message, and click view, I go to the conversation but the newest message sometimes is not there. Sometimes it shows me only a very old conversation. This is a pretty big issue, and happens frequently but not every time.

Edit "opt out" message
We need to be able to customize the "opt out" of texting message so that people realize that they will no longer receive appt reminders. We have patients opt out and then we have to call them to remind of appts and they wonder why they don't get text reminders any more. It defeats the main purpose we have WEAVE.

In the text message section - Can we get a separate "outbox" for the messages that were sent and one "inbox" for received texts?

No notifications
Hello. I am not receiving any of the message or caller ID notifications. I have them all turned on. Is there a new update or something I can do to troubleshoot this?
