  4. Form Appointment Reminders: Allow Sending to Mother when Father is Listed as Head of Household

    Office would like forms appt reminders to go to the mother but they have to list the father as the head of household, but typically the father does not fill it out. It's a big pain point because now they'll have to manually send that to the mother.

  5. Caller ID Issue: Mobile App Fails to Show Phone Numbers Replaced by 'Wireless Caller'

    When a customer calls in, they aren't able to see the phone number sometimes, since the Caller ID takes over. For example they had one today that said Wireless Caller, and they couldn't figure out the phone number via mobile app!

  6. Concern Over Desktop App: Can't Add Breaks/Lunches & Need for Change Notifications

    Cannot add breaks and lunches in the app anymore and this is a real time saver for this office. He would appreciate notifications of changes within Weave as well and steps on how to do the same task the new way he feels this is very misleading and unhelpful to our paying customers.
    He would love acknowledgment that this was received by someone and not just thrown into a pile.

    When the client is actively working on a message. When a new message notification pops up, if they select reply or view on the notification, it will open the new message thread but will keep the text from the message thread they had been working on. there will be a draft saved for both message threads when they back out and cx does not like this.

    The office would like to have the option to have language preference show up in the call pop notification, half of their receptionists speak Spanish and they would like to know to get the caller to them before they pick up. Right now they are adding (Spanish) to the end of patient names to work around this.

  15. Autoreminders for multiple appointments on the same day

    We had a client that had 2 appointments on the same day but only received a message for one appointment (the later one). I was told by customer support that Weave follows a set of logic to determine which reminder is prioritized. It would be nice if we had control over which message to prioritize (the earlier appointment time).

  20. Separate payouts instead of batching

    The batched payouts are confusing. We're trying to find when an invoice was paid out and there can be a lag of 2-3 days, we have to look through a couple different batches to find the correct payout. It would be great if there's an easier way to do this. Customer prefers that payouts are submitted individually.
