  1. payment/auto fill information

    It would be so beneficial & time saving~ When a patient calls in to make a payment, if there was a way to "AUTO FILL" the patient information~ the amount due fills in once we hit the $ symbol. However we need to manually enter name, address, zip and such..

    Just trying to save time.

  3. Enable ability to control Save the Date send time windows

    Similar to this request that is already closed and can't be voted on - https://feedback.getweave.com/forums/310747-desktop-app/suggestions/43602021-save-the-date-reminders-send-too-early-in-am

    We just had enabled save the date reminder SMS, and had multiple new patients who scheduled an appointment on Saturday and received reminders at 6:30am on Sunday morning.

    This feature is basically unusable until similar functionality around earliest send-time is added like you have on regular SMS.

  4. Drop and Drag Reschedule appointments. Has been working now it is not.

    When rescheduling appointments. In the past if we dragged and dropped patient appointments it did work. Now it is not working. Evan the tech has asked me to ask for this to work again in the feedback section. Please vote yes to restore this important feature.

  5. Print Phone Reports

    The Weave Desktop App will break phone calls down by which phone answered how many calls that day, and also how many calls a phone placed that day. It would be super helpful to have a way to be able to print or save this as a way to track productivity. It is also very helpful to see how many missed calls there were and what times that happened.

  6. Download photos to jpg file

    Any photos that are sent via text can only be downloaded as a png file. Eaglesoft does not recognize that file. I would like the option to change the file to either a jpg or pdf when downloading. Thank you!

  7. Alert when patients turn 18 to update required paperwork

    It would be very helpful to have an alert when sending appointment reminders that a patient has turned 18 since their last visit so we can have them update legal paperwork.

  9. Patient MRN #'s should sync with our system

    In the payments section, the patients and patient record number should sync. It's ridiculous that this can't happen. I understand that Weave doesn't "integrate" with our software but if you are going to keep customers other than dental customers, then your programmers need to figure out a way to make this happen.

    A way to know who we have sent reviews too and then to know if a patient has left us a review. Makes it hard to verify who we have sent reviews too already.

  11. Become more user friendly!

    New patients are getting kicked out while filling out forms. That is very frustrating to them and does not look good for us. I was told by one of your employees that they cannot refresh the page because that will cause that to happen. You need to make this more user friendly, not all patients are computer savvy, nor should they have to be. Open Dental and mConsent are so user friendly that even my mom (75 years old) was able to use it.

  12. Allow marking as "Paid/Completed/Posted" after entered into PM System.

    We have duplicate payments logged into patient accounts due to many people checking payments screen, posting, then someone else sees it there and posts again. It would be nice to just have the ability to "Mark Completed" like Texts feature has. That is at least SOMETHING to denote payment has been processed already.

  13. Transfer Call

    TRANSFERRING CALLS. When a call is transferred (anyway - warm or blind) It would be nice if it said it was being transferred versus just ringing again. If i am not paying attention to the caller ID during the first time the phone rings and it rings again, I do the whole office greeting instead of just saying "This is..."

    Is there a way that we can fix this? It would be very helpful to know if the call is being transferred.

  14. Pronoun Visibility

    Has their been any discussion surrounding pronoun visibility within the Weave app? Offices using weave would be able to deliver a better patient experience if that information was on the patient profile and displayed on the Call Pop screen. Maybe an easy way to offer this would be a drop down selection, very similar to what we offer for Language Preference.

  16. Appointments color description

    Good morning i have a few suggestions for appointments. I would like to color coordinate the different appointments, Red for emergencies, Yellow for Contact lens fitting. Blue for annual eye exam. Purple for medical and other follow-ups

  17. "RECALL REMINDERS" DO NOT PULL THE CORRECT DATES IN DAYSMARTVET!

    We were told that we would be able to send text reminders for our patients due for wellness exams, vaccines, preventions etc. All of our inventory items that fall under these categories were integrated into the "recall reminder" section. We realized after awhile that people weren't receiving text messages for the approaching due dates on these types of things for their animals. After months and months of working with Weave and Daysmart to figure out the problem, Weave finally found that it was pulling "expiration dates" of vaccines and not pulling "due dates" for each specific patient.   18. Desktop App Review Analytics Needs UI overhaul

    If you go to the Reviews Analytics in the desktop app (clicking on Reviews, then clicking on the top button with the total # of reviews) the charts at the bottom are not legible. All of the charts (Number of Reviews, Replies, Invitations, etc...) have the label "Jan" repeated across the entire X-axis with no year or date indicators. If you hover over the line data, there is text but it is white so it is not legible against the background. You can only tell there is text if it briefly appears to contrast against the think line graph color.

  19. Analytics for Managers Only

    Hi there,

    We are looking to have the access to the analytics only be for managers. What we are finding in our office is that our team members become fixated on those numbers and who is answering more calls than others. It is causing fights in the office and it would be best if only the managers could have access to the analytics. This would be extremely helpful for our office and I am sure other offices as well :)

  20. Simplify Dial-Out

    The updated the dial out box with a scroll down offering the home and cell numbers, it just adds an extra step for us to have to dial someones number, and when your multi tasking 10x at a time an extra step to call the right number is extremely annoying. The way it was in the past where it offered the available numbers in bubbles was a much simpler way and one less step than the current change.
