The office is hopping we can add the ability edit a form in this case with a "Treatment Plan" before sending it to the patient. Basically they want to be able to quickly adjusted the form when they are preparing to send it out. They currently use Yappy forms as it has this feature and would like to stop using it and work only with weave2 votes -

This is a pain point related to the recent update in the app.
The office says that when they accessed the schedule portion of the app, they used to only see text bubble icons next to patients who had cell numbers ONLY. Now after the recent update, they see this text icon next to all patients, including ones with just home phone numbers and cannot be texted.

Chromebook
It would be so helpful if the Weave desktop app was compatible with Chromebook!! Not being able to utilize the desktop app makes it very hard to utilize the software. It would be a tremendous help in our practice.

Birthday message template should not be a Weave ad
For reminder (e.g., birthdays) emails, those should be editable - at least to some degree. Currently, the "Email provided courtesy of Weave" is way too large - it's as large as the main text - and it strips away any sincerity by turning a birthday message into Weave spam. Everyone knows they are automated but we do not need to blast and confirm that.
This email serves equally as an advertisement for Weave which I feel is in poor taste. It feels like Weave is using us to get their name out there, when these are our hard-earned patients, not…

Hyperlinks within text editing
Text message - in the editing section ability to add a link and have it link in the actual text message as a one word. For instance: Click HERE for XXX. In the editing section is the place to add the actual hyperlink. This was very helpful in our old text messaging service and increased recalls made as it was very convenient to click from their phone. Thanks!

Note field on Contacts
Please add a note field when creating / editing a contact. Sometimes its nice to have notes about a patient before calling / texting them. Things like preferred name vs legal name, pronouns, etc.

Fax Search
We need the ability to scroll through (or search by) all sent faxes for the memo notes or a subject line to be able to find a fax quickly. Our previous software we had a subject line and a reference line that we put the patient’s name in so we could find them.

Appointment reminders bypass All Messages/ Multi-Select to Archive
We would utilize the appointment reminders more if there was an option for automatic reminders to not show up in the All Messages tab.
Because Actionable messages sometimes get lost, we regularly check All Messages and Archive conversations that have been handled.
When appointment reminders are sent for 160 patients, it really clogs up the All Messages tab. Especially since there isn't even an option to select multiple messages to archive.
Having to go in individually to archive them is inefficient and time consuming for our workflow.3 votes -
Secure Messaging with iOS users, using Apple Business Chat (iMessage)
Could you guys work out an integration using Apple Business Chat API so that secure encrypted iMessages could be sent to Apple device users. This would allow most patients to be texted in a HIPAA compliant manor. Weave would be the first to integrate a way to securely text message patients, and it would be super cool if you did this because it wouldn't require a complicated portal. text to pay
There recently was a change in the text to pay feature which is causing problems with the reconciling at the end of the day. Can you kindly put it back to the history reflecting the payments for the day. Until recently both the portal and the desktop app would default to showing text to pay payments on the day they were paid not the day they were sent out. Now it defaults to the latter and that is what is causing the discrepancy in payments between the admin portal and the desktop app. How you had it set up was…
