  1. import ASAP lists from dentrix to weave

    It would be great if we could import the ASAP list from dentrix directly into weave lists. This would be great as we wouldn't have to do double work when trying to fill empty appointment slots

  2. Save the dates in numerical order

    Hello
    I am struggling with the save the dates. We sometimes schedule multiple appts for the same patient for the same day. Like a plaque control class @ 10 and surgery @ 11 and then a week later another surgery @ 1. The save the date text use to send them out in order but now they are sending them out incorrectly. Look @ NienHwa Wang's texting feed for example. I scheduled her for Jan 4 @ 10 and 11 but her save the dates are 11 and then 10 so then she texts back confused on the time. If…

  3. Fax sorted by fax dialed, not incoming fax number

    Since weave doesn't sort anything by department (yet another idea), we have 15 fax lines coming into one practice. Incoming faxes are listed by "incoming fax number". That doesn't help identify what department/fax number was receiving the fax. We get over 100 faxes per day. It would be nice to identify what department was supposed to receive it - either by listing the fax number, it was sent to, or allowing user to change the "name" of the fax number.

  5. CE Credits available

    None of those drop down options work. This is a Weave System suggestion since Doctor CE's are abundant, but NOTHING for Opticians????

    Why do you only offer Doctor Videos for CE credits, even ones created by ABOC personnel? Why are they options for all the Opticians that also could use free CE credits to continue their ABO Certification? It would make us more likely to be engaged in training, that's for sure. We would make time for that.

  6. Hold Music - more options to utilize multiple media library items

    Would like more customization options to use multiple items from media library with Hold Music. Example: we have different topics that we have different doctors and other team members record messages on and we would like the option to combine different messages and switch out the order, etc instead of having to have those recorded as a single media file

  7. Stop the scrolling on the payments and payouts windows

    For the new payouts window - please fix the scrolling issue. I cannot print a full report due to the scrolling or fix it so I can print to a pdf file instead of downloading an excel spreadsheet. This problem is a waste of paper and time.

  8. Integrate with GOOGLE LEADS!!!

    Integrate weave with Google leads to be able to track the calls, identify the patients who calls so we could have accurate conversion rates. It is not helpful at all to have you as a phone provider and use another service for tracking these call to be able to get these stats. That needs to be ASAP.

  9. Offices would like to send out review requests on a schedule instead of after appointments

    Office is wanting to be able to send out mass texts of review request at a specific time each day instead of after appointments. Let them know we do not currently have this feature and offered to submit feedback.

  10. PCI COMPLIANCE!

    PCI Compliance may be a reason we have to stop using weave.... Our company cannot be held liable for Weave not being able to block recording of credit cards. I see this issue has been posted before but is not being addressed. Most of your clients probably don't even realize this danger is in the wings....PLEASE ADDRESS THIS!!

  11. BILLING/Statements

    Billing/statements: Having the ability to do monthly billing through Weave where the ledger of patients accounts link with the billing system through Weave. There would have to be an option to opt patients in and out of if they want to receive statements via online/email or text. So that we do not have to keep track of the patients that do not want that through a dictionary basically of each patient. With Dentrix currently, in the family file they have a drop down box to choose if they want email or mailed statement but that was through quick bill and…

  13. Categorizing Automated E-mails

    Currently, I receive an e-mail anytime a payment is ran through Weave. I tried to unsubscribe to these, but if I do, then I don't get notified about any of my voicemails.
    The "payment received" e-mails are honestly clogging up my work e-mail, and making it hard for me to get other work done, but I really do need to be notified if I get a voicemail message. So it would be fantastic if there's a way to "turn off" the automated "payment received!" e-mails without turning off e-mails from Weave altogether.

  14. Mobile App include Office User Name Phone Records

    When a user answers or places a call through the mobile app, it would be great of their name showed up in the call records. As of now, it will show up as an "unknown" user which means we have to spend extra time to upkeep a separate call log to keep track of this.

  16. Private Reviews Need Reply Options

    As it stands right now the private reviews let the reviewer know that the review can only be seen by the office, but it doesn't tell the reviewer that the office cannot respond to private reviews. Office is wanting to know if either there can be an option to respond to private reviews or if we can change the text on what is said after leaving a private review to include that the office cannot reply to the review.

  18. Take out inactive members from birthday wishes

    The happy birthday messages are sent to all patients, including inactive as the default setting. The default setting should not include inactive. We have had family members upset that they have received best wishes for their family members who are marked deceased in our EMR.

  20. Doctor Call Button

    It would be nice to have a part of the app to call the Dr. to the next room needed, and keep that order for multiple requests. It would help to know quickly which room to go to for the next patient.
