  1. Drop and Drag Reschedule appointments. Has been working now it is not.

    When rescheduling appointments. In the past if we dragged and dropped patient appointments it did work. Now it is not working. Evan the tech has asked me to ask for this to work again in the feedback section. Please vote yes to restore this important feature.

  2. TRIAL OPTION FOR INSURANCE VERIFICATION

    There should be a trial period for the insurance verification. I want to see if it's worth the extra payment prior to signing up. At least a week.

  3. Hold times and calls dropped when placed on hold report

    We need to know the average length of hold times, the longest someone is placed on hold, and if a caller hangs up when placed on hold.

    The missed call report only gives us one part of the story. I need to know if my staff members are simply placing patients on hold to avoid a high missed call rate.

  4. Email Marketing Suggestion

    1). Weave needs to add a marketing role within the users roles so that offices can have a third party assist with the marketing and to avoid HIPPA violation. No access to patient file just emails.

    2.) There needs to be a image inserts option on the campaign template where the "Content for your email goes". Having to just put one images a banner does not work.

  5. Alerts for Med History on acct

    When you submit a weave form medical history no alerts are posted to the account for the medical problems they have. Mconsent previously did create that alert manually. So that when the pt profile on Eaglesoft is opened it pops up with alerts for what medical problems they have. It would be ideal if this feature is added to weave forms.

  7. Include all Appointment Times for Patient

    Currently only 1 appointment reminder is sent out to a patient per day. This may not include all their appointment times. Sometimes it only sends the later appointment and people forgot they made an earlier one so they miss it. Offices would love to see a drag and drop TIMES tile for the individual text template.

  8. Team Chat Patient Tag

    With Nextech's PracYakker communication, you can tag a patient in a chat message to another staff member, click on the tag and it will take you to the patient's chart. It would be great if somehow this could be done with Weave too.

  10. Update Patient Name on an Invoice

    ConfiDental Beverly Hills, s00091152, would like to be able to edit the patient a payment was processed under. For instance, if the correct card and email were used in a payment, but the wrong patient's name was selected, there is no way to correct the bookkeeping side of that. Office has to refund and start over or make note of it.

  11. Overdue Recall

    It would be great if there is a better way to be able to see who has not received a recall, especially when the patient does not have a cell phone, are overdue, or has opted out of text messages. If there was a PRINT option that we could manually go through the patients and send either a text recall (if available) or mail them a letter reminding them.

  12. pull Eaglesoft SIP list to quick fill

    I am not sure why the quick fill list does not read the Eaglesoft patients marked SIP (sooner if possible). It is extremely redundant to have to manually add patients to the quickfill on desktop app, and then I don't know if the patients in quickfill app are staying current, or being removed after Tx complete.

  13. Inserting correct name in text messages (ie in Pediatrics when you want the name of the person scheduled not the responsible party.

    When selecting the patient and then selecting to send message, if we use a template, or create a new template, it is inserting the name of the responsible party, not the patient. This is not helpful. Would like to have more options for drag and drop, such as the desired patient, a signature line for the texting, or a specific form other than the wellness form.

  14. Email should be integrated the same way messaging is.

    When you send an email from the desktop app it pulls into your outlook or whatever email you use, I can see that would have advantages but almost all the other platforms I have used keep it contained in their platform. Since in is not self contained, there is no note in the patient history showing an email was sent, or what the contents were.

  15. Voicemail navigation from phone

    We would like the ability to maneuver through voicemails from the desk phone easier. Keys for skipping forward and skipping back would be very helpful to get to the message you want to listen to. Additionally, the ability to skip the new messages and go directly to the saved messages to find a specific one that had been saved. While some of this can be done on the desktop interface, voicemail groups don't show up on that interface, and there are some locations that use the phone, but don't access the desktop app.

  17. QR Codes on statements

    -first, it is really silly that i would have to create a new log in to leave feedback. That seems like more work.
    -Second, I would like to put a payment QR code on my statements that go out to patients. This would bring them directly to weave for payment. Is this possible?

  18. Ability to audit who opens faxes

    Ability to see which weave user opened a fax, text, or online appointment request. This will allow managers and other employees to ensure accountability of any faxes or messages that are incorrect or opened but not responded to

  19. We need a way to enter payments for customers who are new to our system and not yet syncing into the Weave app.

    Please provide a way to process a payment for someone not synced into the weave app! (ie: a new walk-in customer or insurance company paying with card info).

  20. Tag Faxes to A Co-Worker

    I like your new Tag feature in Messages, but can you also apply that to faxes? As it is now, the person checking faxes has to open up the fax, then send an inter-office text to the person who needs to handle it. If we could just assign it to the person, that would save a time-consuming step! Thank you.
