    Hello,

    The text connect feature sends patient messages to the "all" tab so we are not notified there is a response required. Please update text connect messages to go to the "actionable" tab. It, unfortunately, does not make sense to keep having to check through hundreds of messages.

    Currently review requests are only sent if a client confirms the appointment. Majority of our clients do not confirm but still show up and therefore do not get review requests. We need a way to have review requests sent to every client with an appointment confirmed or not (with the exception of if it was cancelled or rescheduled).

  3. It would be great to be able have a note attached to a text thread

    It would be nice to add a note regarding the text. A tag is short and sweet, but it does not allow details. I do not find the note section in the contact list useful at all. I would put the note section in that spot where the three dots are. This is available for each texting thread and so the note would be attached to each texting thread instead of only the patient. I am pretty sure that other offices would love this feature.

  4. Call-pop remains during phone transfer

    We have two people at our front desk, one person is bilingual. So when our english-only speaking receptionist answers the phone, the call-pop with all of the patient information is available on her computer and the phone she answered. The problem occurs when the person calling in is Spanish-speaking and the call needs to be transferred. If the English-only receptionist answers a Spanish speaking customer, she must transfer or place the call on hold. The call-pop and patient information is lost in this process.     birthday functionality for veterinary offices as the current one is designed for humans only. would be helpful if it allowed us to send birthday wishes to our patients(not the client) which are dogs/cats etc.

  6. email reminder contact us detail

    when clients click on contact us button when they receive an email reminder for an appointment the email we receive just says "john smith" requested to be contacted for an appointment. It would be more helpful if it told us what they were requesting an appointment for such as "fluffy" is overdue for vaccines. Even if this was just a regurgitation of the email we send to them that says patient is this many days overdue for exam please call to schedule. this would allow us to know what the client was reaching out to us for.

  7. The "type" of credit card used should appear on an in-office payment receipt /success screen.

    I have to always ask the patient what type of card it is since Practice Works request the type. At least have the type of card show up when we look up the payment history.

  9. QR option for reviews

    A QR code option for reviews would be a great addition for review options for those patients that don't have a google or facebook acount and or can't remember login credentials. We feel this would be more patient friendly

    I'm confused why the weave app is computer specific?? At our office we desk share so when I log in at a different desk all my customizations for the text messaging are those of the person who first signed into weave at this station. So I can't see messages that are in fact tagged to me, verses seeing my co workers.?? Why even have separate logins then? Is there any way to make the app be specific to the person who signed into the app? Finger crossed this is one reason we looked at switching to weave in the first…

  11. Means to receive Batch Closure Notification email with totals per location

    Other Merchant Processors offer receiving Batch Closure Notification email with totals per location. Why doesn't company that is trading on stock market offering this necessary simple feature? Seems like everytime you turn around answer is create a feature request....

  16. Improving Weave's Recall List: Filter by Recall Type for Better Clarity

    This office was concerned that they aren't able to filter the Recall List in Weave by the Recall Type. They found that the Recall list was very confusing for this reason bc a patient might be overdue for Panorex (X-Rays), but not overdue for Prophy and they don't necessarily care about all recall due dates equally.

  19. Numbers in dentrix in weave

    Please fix how the weave program chooses a name for a number in dentrix. We are constantly sending forms to patients and it will "choose" a name and send the form to that person, even if they are younger, a child, or non-patient.
