Function of the Chat Now/text widget on our websites
When patients or potential patients use the Chat Now/text widget on our website and the office is closed, texts need to be an actionable item in the app. Currently the automated response goes out and the text automatically appears read or done. When multiple texts are coming through they go unnoticed and are not responded too in a timely manner or at all. Now we must remove from our website which sets us back light years in convenience for patients.

Time stamp on appointment requests
Time stamps on the schedule requests would be great- meaning a time/date of when the request was completed so we know how long it has been.

Payment Message Template
Changing the name and adding additional templates to the options for templates in the Request Payment area would be helpful especially since the same messages wouldn't be appropriate for patients with insurance as patients without.

The doctor is unable to send pictures to his clients without having to make sure they are at least 1MB or smaller. He says that the size limit on pictures sent through the mobile app is too prohibitive for what he needs and uses and is wondering if there would be a way to increase the limits of what can be sent.2 votes -

Bulk Messaging Test Messages
Within the bulk email section of the Weave Admin Portal, you can send a test message before sending it out to the entire group. Weave needs to add this function for the Bulk Text Messaging feature. Right now, if I send a test message it eats into the overall number I'm paying for to reach actual patients.

Can HSA/FSA Cards with Longer CVC Codes Be Processed Manually?

The office has had several occasions where a patient has an HSA/FSA card and they cannot manually enter in the payment info because the CVC code is longer than 3 digits and the desktop app and payment link only allows 3 digits. This is very inconvenient for them since they can then only process these payments using the terminal.2 votes -

Generate an auto-text reply when a patients texts after hours, 'missed-text sms'.
Feature request 2:
The office would like to have the ability to add more status options under Status Mapping > Weave Status. The office would like to be able to label their additional status options and have them show up in auto-reminders for eyewear. Notes: Unknown status is useless bc it is not an option…2 votes -

Language change request > Label the form "Client Info" instead of "Patient Info" in the form headline and remove DOB field from the Online Schedule form (step 4 out of 5 that the cx fills out before they click "submit"). In the vet clinic workflow, the patient (a pet) doesn't fill out this form. The client does. This is also why the DOB doesn't apply.2 votes -
Payment link in test message
Could a text to pay button be added to the text messaging screen? Like the ones for forms, templates and images? Would be a faster and more efficient way instead of having to get out of the message and go into payments to create the text.
