  1. Insurance Analytics

    When pulling the report for insurance carriers, over 1000 of our patients are not in the right category because if their insurance is "Delta Dental of IL", it won't count as "Delta Dental".
    Are we able to edit the program to have a broader search instead of the exact match?

  2. Default Cursor to Data Entry Fields

    It would be marvelous if the cursor location defaulted into the data entry fields on those desktop app screens where the first task is to enter the phone number or name, such as the Clients, Phone, and Messages screens. Having to leave the keyboard to grasp and move the mouse every time is inefficient and frustrating.

  3. The need for a weekend time frame

    Our biggest need right now is for a setting on voicemail that can be automatically turned over to the weekend call services at a certain time. Like Friday at 5:00 p.m until 8:00 am. on Monday morning without having to go in an change the settings every Friday. Holidays could work the same way. Make it so you can change the dates and time for that duration instead of just closed.

  5. Attach 2 statements on a Text to Pay Link

    Philipse Manor Dental, s00073175, would like to be able to attach more than one pdf or image through Text to Pay. They find it helpful for the patient to see the billing statement from the office AND the Explanation Of Benefits from the insurance company. So they can better understand what they are paying for.

  6. Payment Invoice tells weather swipe or keyed in payment

    It would be nice if we could tell if a payment was payed with a CP (Swiped Card) transaction or a CNP (keyed-in card number) transaction by looking at the invoice, and not by having to calculate the fee charged.

  8. WEAVE PHONE/TEXT ISSUE NOT EFFIECENT

    Since the most recent update, texting both mom and dad on Weave is no longer efficient. Before all you had to do was click on the main contact and then click the center circle to access everyone in the family. Now you have to click the center circle(custom contact), hit that circle again-it will now say(patient profile), then hit overview, then click on the "other" parent. Efficiency is key when you're understaffed, all this extra clicking to access information is absurd. Please change it back to how it used to be. This update makes it twice as complicated.

  9. DOB standard in patient entry

    We have many patients with same First & Last Names. Would be great to have the DOB field automatically on the main entry screen instead of having to click on "add field" as we enter DOB for every patient

  10. Remove Closed Hours missed calls from reports

    We want to be able to react to a message in Team Chat instead of sending a separate emoji on a separate line. It takes up too much space on the messaging and if 28 employees all react, you have to scroll up so far to see what the actual message was regarding.

  11. Online forms

    When patients fill out the online forms and some of their personal information changed, weave should not update that in the system. If the patient makes a mistake on spelling, DOB, address or phone number can really make for a mess with insurance, getting InTouch with the patients or sending out statements. I would rather update it myself.

    When weave sees a patient has not been in for 6 months to a year paper work should be automatic text to them. The previous system we used would do that for us and it save a ton of time when getting paper work out to the patients.

  13. Canadian credit card payments

    I have 2 specific items of feedback from our experience with using WEAVE at the Bonners Ferry Veterinary Clinic:
    1.. PLEASE work on integrating your payment process with AVIMARK to avoid us having to re-enter the WEAVE payment back in to AVIMARK in order to process their invoice as being PAID.

    1. Our business is only 30 miles south of the Canadian border so many of our clients are International. WEAVE payments will not allow us to process their credit and debit cards, and that is a HUGE problem for us. It is not good for our business if clients cannot…

    Since weave has update, I have not been able to fast forward through a phone call recording. This is very inconvenient when all I need is a small part of a conversation. Please fix this feature. Thank you

  16. MOBILE VS DESKTOP

    Would be nice if the desktop and the mobile app had the same capabilities. You can see who you are sending a bulk message to and can click the patients the that you want to exclude on the mobile app but not on the desktop. You can create message templates on the desktop but not on the mobile app.

  17. Call ID to appear when taken off hold

    It would be nice to be able to see the caller clients info pull up on caller ID when a phone is taken off hold. We are a busy practice that has to put people on hold is a receptionist is not available. When we take them off hold, we are left with no information to work with. Having it pull up on the phone or the computer would be extremely helpful.

  18. Toggle Phone Tree On/Off

    We would like to able to turn our Phone Tree on and off during the day, for when we have the personnel to answer live. We are getting a lot of hangups and are missing customers because they want to talk to a live human. Now we have to call/chat to weave to get it off, then call back to turn it on, which is a pain. Other alternative is to delete phone tree which is worse. Thanks

  19. Separate notes for patients profile so they do not show up on every member of their families profile as well. Make it individual to the pat

    When you go to add notes to a patient’s profile, it adds the note to everyone in their family. This makes it impossible to leave a personal note for each member of the family. When a note appears for everyone in the family it becomes very confusing to reference their personal notes about what you spoke about last time or personal details about the person. An example would be where they work, where they go to school, their interests. If it is not individualized he gets confusing when family members all come in.

  20. Strategic Platform Integrations (Schedule, Accounting, etc.)

    Our physical therapy clinics use fullslate as our scheduler. It would be great to have that integrated into weave. It has an open API
