  1. Stop changing our system info when form is submitted

    HELP! We are sending out links to parents for children appointments and when the info comes back to us it is changing the parents info to the childs automatically. Example- we send Mrs. Susan Smith DOB 10/12/2000 a text to fill out a health update for Maria her child DOB 2/22/2021. When the form comes into our system it has changes Susan's name to Maria and her birthdate to Maria's. We have to send links to parents' phone numbers- is there a way around the form changing our system info??

    Please work on having Weave integrate with AdvancedMD so I can get rid of my current Merchant Service that is charging me 2% MORE per transaction than Weave does. Thank you!

  4. Patient's Birthday

    Our office sees a lot of kids and would like to start doing something special for them if they come in on or near their birthday. It would be helpful if there was somehow a feature on weave to let us know. The easiest way I would think to do this is on the Schedule tab when it shows a list of patients scheduled for the day you can put a birthday cake symbol or balloon symbol - just something we can quick glance at to see if they have a birthday soon.

  5. 1 Click phone call through Dentrix

    I call a lot of patients each week(200+) and to be able to click 1 button in Dentrix that calls the patient from my phone would be life changing. It would save me so much time and frustration dialing number after number after number. I would like for it to be as simple as clicking their telephone number in Dentrix and have it instantly go through on my phone, like a hyperlink. It would save me so much time, frustration, and additionally I would be able to reach out to even more patients, giving them the care they need. Thank…

  6. Updated Wellness form

    Wellness form is very out dated. Needs to have updated guidelines for travel, vaccination etc. Canadian Guidelines need to be added. Clients should be able to update there own wellness form.

  7. Add as New Contact (Text Message Setting)

    Please add a "Add as New Contact" option in the settings (ellipses icon) menu of an open text thread allowing the user to add the person they're texting with as a new contact in case they aren't already.

  8. Add credit card type and last 4 digits to payment summary

    Credit Card Type and last 4 digits of the card are requested by our practice management software. Is it possible to add these numbers to the payment summary report in the admin portal - so I could print or export rather than printing every receipt?

  9. Shared phone numbers in family file & Caller ID

    Shared phone numbers on caller ID often show up as a child instead of head-of-household or adult patient. Is there a way to change this?

  10. LIVE CHAT via office website

    I am signing up for the BETA trial. I think it is great that widgets will be available on office website for patients to access for New patient contact. I would REALLLLY would like to see Weave advance into providing LIVE chat directly from websites for new patients.

  11. Electronic Prescriptions though Weave software and Mobile devices

    It would be nice to be able to send prescriptions right to the pharmacy through the software we are already using at the office and on our mobile devices. Utah is already requiring e Prescriptions for all controlled substances (starting Jan 1, 2022)

  12. Multiple Statuses that Send Auto Texts for Order purchases

    It would be great to have more than two options (currently Received and Dispensed) under the Eyewear Mapping Status section that send out automated text reminders. For example, when we mark a glasses order as "Remade" in our patient management system it would send out an auto text reminder letting the patient know their order is being remade (the text would be one the office has created under the auto-reminders section). Also, an option to customize the names of our "Custom 1" and "Custom 2" text templates and the option to add more than 2 customizable text templates would be…

  13. Eyewear Notifications - auto switch from "Received" to "Notified"

    With Eyewear reminders: When Weave sees a "Received" status and sends a text, it would be helpful to have Weave then mark the order as "Notified" in the practice management software (similar to the mark "Confirmed" function in the appointment reminders.
    As of now when an order is marked as "Received" a text may go out, but there isn't an easy way for staff to see if they need to make a subsequent phone call.

  16. More Analytics Would Be Helpful

    The Admin Message Queue is helpful, but we would like to look back more than 1 week. Can yu please add a date range? Or if it needs to be presented in a 7 day format... be able to select the week from a calender?

    For example, we think that our Recall messages are not firing... and see that none were sent this week or last by reviewing the queue. But were any ever sent? WE need to look back further... but the system does not permit it.

    Breaking down the queue data to STAFF PARTICIPATION would also be helpful.

  17. Team Member Permissions

    I need to be able to edit permissions for team members. Someone (or somehow) the auto reminders for my Tacoma office keep getting turned off and therefore our patients are not getting reminder text messages. I need only the admins to have the permission to turn these on or off.

  20. Send forms to multiple recipients

    Forms need to be more interactive, such as sending in bulk to patients. Right now you have to send each one individually which is not even close to being ideal. If i have to send a reminder to 40 patients it's way to time consuming. Also an app for i pad i hope is coming soon?? The goal with forms was to go as paperless as possible and we even purchased 4 new i pads that we can't use.
