  1. Weave Widget Conversion Tracking

    Please add conversion tracking to the Weave Widget! We're running a Google search campaign, and were hoping Weave offered an integration for conversion tracking? Ideally we'd like to track people who came to the website via an ad, and then converted to a lead via the Weave widget.

  2. Symplast Integration & Copy/Paste Feature

    Hi - our office is in desperate need to add a copy-paste feature into Weave. Can we have the developers take a look into this and possibly create this feature for the desktop app and the mobile app as well.

    We are also working with Symplast - our Patient Management Software (PMS) and they have sent out to Weave a porting request (I believe) to integrate Weave's application into their application. They are ready to go and have your services work with theirs but they have been waiting on you for a couple months.

  3. AVIMark Integration Improvements

    I was just on a call to get my integration set up along with all the appt and recall reminders and online scheduling. After seeing the exacts, I am not able to move forward.. My current reminders/recalls/scheduling is fully integrated and even though the platform isn't as user friendly for me, it is better for my clients. Sending clients a "you are due for an appointment please schedule" but not being able to tell them what all they are due for to schedule it accordingly without sending 6+ text messages/emails is not ideal.   4. manual sms templates hub

    A manual SMS template 'hub' where all manual text templates can be accessed quickly and edited easily, much like the automated sms templates are reached, instead of having to pull up a thread or new message to access the templates.

  5. Quick fill needs

    I just got the training on Quick fill list, I have a suggestion regarding this, when you have multiple providers and length of time frames for treatments this really doesn't work. If there was a way to put which room and time units needed it would help tremendously. It would pull the correct info on openings.

  6. Birthday search

    I would like to be able to search patients by birthday. I would like to know who in the next month is turning 1 so I can either send a text, email or physical card(if they have turned off msg). Later, I would like to search for 5 year olds and send a happy bday/reminder its time to see us again.

  7. Employee Schedule

    It would be great to have an employee calendar that we can all make changes to in order to track who is working which days. That way if a trade is needed or a replacement is needed it can be posted or our office manager can be notified of a change in the daily schedule of employees. This would be super helpful for vacations as well.

  8. Schedule tab messaging

    Hello! When using the scheduling tab to edit and send out a group text for a specific day, it did not update the date as it should have. I selected to add in the patient's first name and the date and time. However, it sent out the current date on every text. When i save my template, it shows the date as "[date time]" or whatever it says when you select it. When i returned to my template to see what had happened with sending out the wrong dates to every patient, it showed that it had changed that [date…

  9. Font size for age 50+ eyeballs

    I’m a 52-year-old doctor and like many people my age have a little bit of early presbyopia

    I would think your app has a lot of people using it that are not always in their 30s and 40s

    could you please find a way to increase the font size on the app. it’s a pretty serious issue for those of us who don’t have the younger eyes that we once had

  11. Ability to differentiate between pt vs insurance payments

    Insurance payments are made by virtual credit cards. it would be nice if inside the weave payments admin site if it could differentiate between a patient payment and an insurance payment. Maybe a button during the charge process that we could click for insurance so we don't accidentally refund the insurance company instead of the patient.

  15. Schedule Request Icon on Mobile App

    We need a Request icon on the mobile app like there is on the Desktop app. If a patient schedules an appointment on our website widget, we get a notification on the desktop. However, if it is during the weekend or we are away from the office, we miss the schedule request because it does not show up on the mobile app and we lose the patient because they have already found someone else who answered before we could. PLEASE include the Request Icon on the mobile app so we can answer potential patients quickly. Thanks

  16. Officemate Web Assistant Integration

    Hi there, this feedback is regarding the integration between Officemate PMS and Weave Web Assistant. First off, thank you very much for integrating these two softwares. The syncing is very helpful, greatly appreciate it! The only issue our office is running into is sometimes some of the blocks on our Officemate schedule still shows up as available on the Weave scheduler. On Officemate, we usually just block times off with "Non-patient appointments." Do we have to change our schedule blocking to schedule exceptions or something similar to that? Or is there a way for Weave to read the Non-patient appointments…

  17. Showing What Extensions that calls were for

    Hello 2 things:

    1 - when someone is calling in, and weave notifies us on the computer, or in the call log in the dashboard- it would be super helpful to know what extensions the pt was calling for. People are leaving voicemails on extension 2 (for optical) but the front is seeing a missed call and they calling back, but the pt already left a VM on the optical phone, so then the optical is calling the pt back later. It's not clear enough what extension the call was meant for. And the call log shows all the calls,

  19. New Patients who are not active in Dentrix

    Weave needs to be able to integrate more with Dentrix in order to recognize New Patients that are in the schedule but not activated in our system. Meaning we should be able to send the new patient forms digitally or have confirmation texts and emails sent like any other patient. We came to Weave from Lighthouse. Lighthouse was able to recognize and send New Patients appointment reminds even if they were not active in the system. We are not allowed to create new patients charts until they actually show up in office for their appointments. Please make this happen as…

  20. Adding reporting to recall analytics

    We would love it if we could export a report from the recall analytics that would show us all patients that have received a recall and that have not received a recall in a given time frame. This would make the list of patients that we need to call for recalls easy to use and transfer between employees. The format of the reports does not matter, just anything printable would be great.
