Billing Ideas
It would be really nice if when payments come in they would be different colors if they are paid in office or paid via text. Or even have two different areas for those payments to keep them separated more easily since they are different fees.
Also, It would be nice to have a place to mark that it was posted on the actual app and not just in the Admin Portal. The Admin portal is nice for End of month, but it would be nice to have it on the app for a daily check for staff not just managers/owners.

easy button for Forms right on app
I think on the text messages that there should be a button that can be clicked to send forms via text and it will create a link for the patient to click on from that text message. And also give an option what for to send. It would make thins a lot easier doing it right from the weave app instead of going into the portal just to send.

Sync time stamp
We need a time stamp to show last sync date and time. The previous company we used for reminders - SolutionReach - had this feature. With Weave, we have to wait and discover that messages are being sent out and there's been a few time where it wasn't working for weeks and it took us a week to even realize!

Picking Days to Send Automatic Review Requests
We have different doctors on different days in our office. We would like to send automatic review requests for one doctor but not the other. A feature to designate which days to send requests would work great.

Reports
The ability to have a report of how a patient confirms email vs. text. So you can determine which method is most effective.
The ability to see how a specific patient confirms. and an expanded "positive" response list to confirm such as "Yes, I will make it."

Cancel Confirmation for the day.
Ok, I would like to suggest that we are able to go into the schedule in Weave for a specific day and select a specific provider and then click a button that says not to confirm that days appointments. This is great for when a provider need to reschedule the day due to vacations etc.

Improvement recommendation
We are a veterinary hospital. Birthday under client should be the pet's birthday or get rid of the line completely. The birthday is confusing it is always the current date for every client/pateint.

Emails to inform us of problems with Weave
I would love to see an email go out to our office when you are experiencing problems and when you expect the problem to be resolved. I waited on hold for 56 mins today for someone to tell me that you are all aware. I am currently on hold again to speak with someone else about the matter. This is taking away value time from me serving our patients.

Cornerstone Integration Gripes
Cornerstone integration gripes:
-Unable to use the reminder feature as Weave is unable to filter by type of appointment in Cornerstone to send reminders to.
-Unable to use the ‘save the date’ feature for same reason.
-Unable to use the missed call text alert as Weave is unable to filter which lines this applies to. There are two lines that are strictly VM lines that we do not want to sent this text to.If at all possible to fix in the near future would be greatly appreciated!

Follow up customization phone call
Follow up customization phone call once we begin utilizing the phone system as their are many detailed customizations that are not addressed in the initial phone call and are unable to be manually changed in the admin portal.

Delete Employee Chats not created by you
It would super helpful as an ADMIN to be able to delete chats that you did not create and a way that you can remove rights to create new chats for employees. We have some employees chatting negative things about other employees and as Office Manager no way to stop it. Thanks!

toggling between locations
Managing multiple locations via the desktop app is not an efficient process. It would be a great feature to be able to see all locations from one main dashboard. Then we could quickly see which locations have texts, calls, or voicemails that need to be followed up on. Toggling between locations can lead to a delay in response to a patient request or missing a patient interaction.

Compulink Integration using wrong Patient ID
When interfacing with Compulink software, the patient ID should be the patient account number, not the patient EHR number. You cannot perform a patient search using the EHR number. It is actually very difficult to find the patient EHR number as it is only accessible in the EXAM screen.

Edit message template; Archive forms
Forms...... I feel like this option wasn't beta tested that you just wanted to sell it and we will figure out issues later. All the problems that I am facing with are things that would of come out in a beta test. 1. The names are not appearing... 2. The message that appears when you are manual send the forms... is not typed correctly - so every time I sending it I have to correct it. Check In Kiosk
A check in kiosk that integrates with our practice management software (Eyefinity EPM). This would help stream line the check in process to ensure accurate data entry for patients accounts and ability for them to sign required consent forms with visits.

app and CS recommendations
When receiving an emergency message I used to be able to just click the link in the text message notification, now I have to call in and dial through to access the voicemail box, that should be put back the way it was.
The Names at the top of the app should be able to have the font size changed to be able to see the full name as we have the location at the end of our name but you cannot see it because its too long.

I need a rep to call me
I need better service.
1) There is known problem using the app to call out and NO ONE has alerted us. Horrible service. I had to pester customer service to get an answer.
2) The chat is very frustrating and time consuming. I want voice interaction.
3) I want my account rep to call me. CALL ME. No chats. No emails.At the end of the day, there are several disappointments with your service. I would like to discuss what I need from you.

appt reminder for unique appointment
We have one appointment each day that requires a unique appointment reminder. The patient needs to arrive 1hr 10 mins earlier than the actual time. We have tried to create our own reminder with the advanced filters however there are so many combinations for this appointment the list in the advanced filters has 100+ appointments and we are constantly adding more. Is is possible for weave to use just 3 characters in the appointment descriptor line versus the whole line when sending out a appointment reminder? notifications apple watch broken
This week the notifications on my apple phone and watch are no longer showing up. Notifications are all turned on in settings. For the last year it worked fine. Please fix this I use the watch notifications all the time.
