Interoffice Chat Feature
We started using the interoffice feature to help our team have more accountability for returning calls, answer questions, etc. We created specific group chats to include only those who needed the information and in doing so, it crashed our weave storage and lost all of our conversations and patients to follow up with (close to 900 patient questions over the course of 3 months). Detailed location
We have multiple locations and require a detailed location not just a city name.

Identify user permissions for Data Sync service
Please identify all permissions needed for the Data Sync service to function. Running as the Local System account is definitely an over-reach and a security risk as a result, since Data Sync allows remote control over entire servers containing sensitive patient data.
A list of functions that Weave can remotely perform on a server using Data Sync would also be appreciated, please.

Identify URLs and ports for Data Sync and phones
I'd like to know what URLs and ports are needed for the phones and Data Sync software to communicate in order to apply firewall rules to restrict everything else, please. Also, do the phones need to be able to communicate with each other locally when making an interoffice call?

Data Sync logs
Please allow visibility into data sync successes and failures. We have no idea when they occur or if any issues are ever encountered.

Prevent patient images from being sent by Data Sync
Please give an option to NOT send patient images by Data Sync, particularly with Open Dental. We don't keep photos of our patients, and I find that it's sending up images of documents, which is kind of a HIPAA concern: transmitting patient data that doesn't need to be transmitted.

Save the Appointment Date/link to calendar
I spoke with Weave and Revolutionehr regarding the ability to use the
Save the Date Reminder Feature with Weave.Please see the email below. This is a feature we are very interested in
and hope the Weave and Revolutionehr canintegrate this. I'm sure other Optometry practices will appreciate it

Calls shown in texts
IF calls would show up on the text so you could see who called who between texted messages. This would help so many people keep track of things

DOWNLOAD ALL CALL RECORDS
I am trying to download voice calls media but it gives me only single download option. Please resolve the issue. I want to have that option which I can download all of them in the same time. Thanks!

More Efficient Call Tree
The call tree system, as it stands, is completely inefficient. Requiring an admin to add a user to the call tree is just adding extra steps. Why not allow normal users to add themselves to a phone tree? In addition, make this feature usable from the desktop app rather than the admin portal.
Companies with multiple locations would benefit greatly from this flexibility.

Bulk text for only certain patients on schedule
Would love to be able to go into schedule and highlight or check certain patients that need to have a bulk message sent to them. Example: Patients that need a medical update form.

Text to pay expiration notice
Text to pay invoices now expire after 30 days. Is it possible to have some sort of notification for us if it expires unpaid? That would be more useful than having an extra 30 or 60 days- if they haven't paid by 30 it's not likely they'll pay by 89!

Customize link request
our practice needs to be able to customize the " greeting" of the forms that we sent to our patients like the Medical Update forms and New Patients forms.. What is there now is generic and I have to alter everyone I send
