Calls shown in texts
IF calls would show up on the text so you could see who called who between texted messages. This would help so many people keep track of things

Include on your reporting whether or not a missed call was returned. Or at least make it feasible to view the call history from a certain number directly from the analytics screen (versus having to search for the caller in the app to be able to view the history).

This would cut down the time it takes to go through the voicemails and texts. Sometimes we have over 100 voicemails and 40 texts.

On the app when you are in the voicemail section, we should be able to search for a phone number. Or have a little icon pop up that shows how many times the same numbered called. Or when people call and leave a voicemail but also send a text message, could you have a little alert that shows how many voicemails there are? That way we don't have to scroll one by one through the voicemails.

I've spoken to a few people on the weave team about this but feel its a really easily implemented feature. When a client calls they automatically receive a text message if we miss them. Many times a client will leave a VM and then also reply to the text, and in some cases these are at different times but before we have opened for the next day to review them.
If my reception team starts at different points one may call and respond to the VM without the info from the text, and some may send a text without the info from the VM. This can give a slightly unprofessional feel to client communication.
If feels really simple for weave to scan the unheard VM and un-replied to texts and give an indication of the other. So if I'm in VM's but there is a text I see a little icon to tell me to go check, or if I'm in Texts but there is a VM I see a little phone icon letting me know to go listen to that before i send a reply.

Can there be an icon or something on the voicemails and texts, that shows you how many voicemails they've left. So if I look at a text first then I can know already if they left a voicemail also.

When people call and leave a voicemail but also send a text message, could you have a little alert that shows how many voicemails there are and texts. And we can filter the voicemails to look for just that specific number just like the text. That way we don't have to scroll one by one through the voicemails.

A suggestion: Show call logs in text message thread that way we can see when a colleague responds to a text via phone call(2)
I find it difficult to text numbers that are NOT primary but attached to another parent. OR when the number is saved as a HOME or WORK. When you manual type in the number to text the app either defaults back to the primary number or won’t let you text(3)
Also this process to leave feedback, requires too many steps that can easily be interrupted by incoming calls/text
