  1. Pt Schedule requests customization

    Regarding online patient requests: It would be great to be able to customize the information that is asked of the patient at the time they are requesting an appointment. Currently they are only asked to enter name and phone number. In our officemate system we cannot create a new pt profile with only that information. We must have at least date of birth in addition to the rest. So what happens is we have a request but we cannot create a profile until we call them for date of birth so therefore we cannot put them in an appointment spot.…

  2. Voicemails Mark as Unread/Unheard

    Need to have a "mark as unread" (or unheard) function for voicemails, similar to txt messages.
    As the owner/dentist I am listening to the voicemails over the weekend, but I want my staff to listen to them once they return on monday morning. Also, other instances occur that this feature would be helpful with.

  3. Recall Type Filters

    We would like to be able to filter recall reminders by recall type. Similar to the way appointment reminders are done, so that the recall can be tailored to the patient receiving it.

  4. Fax Button on Mobile App

    Is it possible to add the fax button to the mobile app? I have apps that will scan to pdf, but can't send a fax when out of the office because there is no button.

  5. Restrict Access to Weave Mobile App

    When setting up users for Weave, there should be a category that does not allow remote access by downloading the Weave app to a cell phone. We would prefer that not all users have access to our patient records outside of the office. There is no control and it seems it is a direct HIPPA violation. Perhaps only Drs and office administrator. Thank you, Kim Earnshaw

  7. Text Messages

    It would be an amazing feature if when we answer the phones that the text we are writting to another patient did not erase! We all hesitate to answer the phone when we are typing a text because it deletes.

  10. call volume by day of the week

    I would love to be able to track what our busiest call volume DAYS of the week are - not just times. I can clearly see times of day, but when considering when to put another receptionist on days of the week - it would be nice to see if Mondays or Thursdays are busier call wise without having to go through day by day - that is tedious. Thanks!

  11. Scheduled Message

    It would be nice to be able to schedule messages to our clients individually who are coming in. We are a vet clinic and we like to remind certain clients that are coming in to bring a stool sample or to pull food the night before. These messages usually go out when we are close just to make sure they get the reminder before coming in. We also have very forgetful clients who need extra communication and reminders about their appointment, so having this tool would be very helpful.

    We try to mark suggestions that we have implemented as "complete." However, Weave also sends out monthly emails letting customers know about new features and products as they come out, which may be a faster way to learn about which suggestions have been implemented. 

  13. Park hold reminder tone

    We added the park reminder tone after 30 seconds feature. We like the idea but the issue is the reminder tone is continuous after the 30 seconds. This confuses the staff and is very annoying. They think the phone is ringing with a new incoming call. My suggestions are:
    1. Have a reminder tone that last for only a second and repeats every 30 seconds
    2. Make the tone a distinctively different sound.

  15. Block texting for certain patients

    I have been looking for a way to block certain cell phone numbers in WEAVE without taking them out of our practice management system, AdvancedMD. Either it is not available in WEAVE or I am not finding it.

    When sending a text with my iPhone I can add balloons or cakes to the text. I would love to be able to add exploding balloons or emoji's to the reminder and birthday texts.

  18. Add more filter options to the messaging system

    We should be able to view/sort by recent unread messages. This should have been a default feature, as I've never used a chat system that did not have this. There are a lot of messages that are being missed due to this not being already included.

    Customized filter options would be great too, similar to how you can add custom tags.

  19. Give the option to mark read and unread at the same time.

    Currently when you click a fax the only option is to "Mark Read". So to mark it unread you have to click out of the fax and then back into the same one before the option to "Mark Unread" appears. When "document options" appear, there should be options to "Mark Unread" and "Mark Read" in the same drop down.

    Dedicated place in the app to manage message templates aside from in a Conversation message thread with a patient or contact. The only way to create, edit or delete right now is to first go into a message thread and select the message template icon
