  1. Sort tags

    Text message tags should be sortable.

    As we add new tags and determine the best tag groups for our practice, it would be helpful to be able to sort the tags. Currently they are not alphabetical, or sortable, so the list is very disorganized.

    I will have to delete all my tags, and re-instantiate them in order to fix this when the tags aren't being used (on a weekend).

    This turns a minor tweak into a big project unecessarily.

    Request to have rescheduled appointments still be sent an automated save the date reminder instead of creating new appointment

  3. Appts moved, not updated with a text reminder

    We have SoftDent, and the system would update appt times and days when they are just moved to a different time on the same day, and would update and resend a new reminder with the updated date and time. Now, it will only do that if we actually cancel or delete the initial appt and remake it, Please have this looked at, it used to do it before and now its not and it is a hassle and messing up our schedule and sending incorrect appt times.

  4. Phone call NOT overriding fax

    When sending a fax and a phone call comes in it would be helpful to not have the screen disappear to the fax and have to start all over

    We would love to be able to edit the message that comes through when we send text to pay so we don't have to edit it each time. Thanks!

  6. Patient Preferred Name

    I would like reminders to use the "preferred name" field from Open Dental when available. When it uses a patient name that we never call them it looks less personal.

  7. Add Download Feature to Voicemail Tab

    Many of your competitors have phones or software that allows the users to download the audio file of voicemails left or for the audio files of the voicemails to be emailed either to the email of record for the account or to be forwarded by email. Is there any way the development team could add a feature to the desktop and/or mobile apps on the voicemail tab of the Phone where you can download the message? It is great that we can call support and they can send it to us, but it is not a productive use of time…

  8. option for a patients credit card on file

    I would like to have the option to keep a credit card on file for our patients. We have many patients that appreciate the convenience of having a card on file. Thank you!

  9. Re-wording the Picture Consent Text

    Hi, we would like to suggest if we can edit the text for the picture texting consent. Patients are getting confused and send "YES please send", or "YES SEND" or whatever, and if they don't put "YES" only, it won't work and we have to send them consent again.

    We currently have this:
    Hello Kathy! This is a message from EyeVenue. Because of privacy laws we need your consent to send you images containing personal information you own. Reply 'YES' to grant consent.

    There is no option for us to change the wording. We don't need to put our office…

  10. pop up box

    I do not like the update at all. The box pops up in the worst place possible. Then trying to get rid of it is even worse. Can we get rid of this option and go back to the original version?

  11. forwarding voicemail to another extension

    It would be wonderful if the phones had the capability of allowing you to transfer a voicemail to a different department or extensions voicemail. For example someone leaves a message in the appointments voicemail about their medication, which should have been left in clinic voicemail, instead of physically taking the time to write a message for the clinic, I can just forward the email to their voicemail.

  12. Allow photos to be texted in.

    Allow photos to be texted into Weave. Often a patient will not know name of a prescription med or what brand/power/brand contact they’re wearing. It would be great if they could just text a photo of it to us once they get home. Please consider allowing photos to be texted in. Thanks!

  13. Printing documents directly to Fax

    Prior to getting on board with this service we used updox, they had a fantastic feature where the fax portal would show up as virtual printer so we could print any doc directly into the fax application and send it, no need to dowload, save, then open the fax app and upload and send

  14. Failed fax indicator in icon

    Please include an alert for failed faxes on the fax count indicator. It is not convenient to have to go back and check on each individual fax to see whether they've gone through.

  20. Scheduled list to return where you left off at

    Getting the scheduled list to return where you leave off at, instead of returning to the very top of the list every time to send a message. Makes confirming a lot of work having to scroll through the whole entire list every time.
