updating appointment status
Is it possible when a patient arrives for their appointment and they text that they are here, or H or Here the appointment status in dentix can change to yellow?

Call Waiting Ring Feature
Our office would like the option for the call waiting notification to ring instead of beep.
Currently we are missing calls because the only person that is notified of the incoming call is the person on the phone. Other staff members are not aware there is an incoming call unless they happen to glance at the phone and see the notification for an incoming call. Or our office has already missed the call, and now notice the flashing red light indicating a voicemail.

E-mail notifications origin
A patient just called because her e-mail notification said "You have an appointment reminder from Weave" not from the office of Dr. David Hulsey. She laughed because she thought she had an appointment to get a weave. Doesn't this need changing?

opting back in to receiving text message invite
When a patient "Opts out" of text messaging- I would like to send a new invite to them if they request to start getting text messages again vs have them shoot us a text to start..we have a lot of older clients and they are not text savvy and I have gotten a few requests to start them up again if they failed an appointment because they choose not to receive messages not understanding they would no longer receive reminders. This option was available on an old reminder system we had and was very useful.

Export of Patient Data
Nextech and Weave do not share texting preferences. Weaves platform does not allow exporting of patient preferences. This limitation opens up legal issues for the company contracted with you as those preferences are to be honored by the company paying to use the weave software. This should be remedied before it leads to serious problems.

patient here tone
Is there a way we can add this feature to the app where from the other OP we can let the doctor know that the patient is here. Either by a tone or we press a button letting her know in her office that patient is ready to be seen.

Recall
When patients receive recall reminders it documents the amount of days it's been since their last visit. It would be nice if this showed up in months instead.

Auto Confirming
maybe if the message is more than a few words its better to not confirm. It is better to not confirm than to confirm wrong because then I am at least reminded to check the messages. Its also a better surprise to see that I don't have to call when I thought I did, rather than getting yelled at because I assumed it was confirmed and then they don't show up. Thank you for all your help.

Deletion of junk e-mails
In speaking with Spencer today, there is no way to delete junk e-mails. It would be helpful to be able to delete them. Why archive them when you know they are junk you will never need or use?

More Support and Research
We tried Weave in our office and it was a complete fail... from the beginning I voiced my concerns about this being a VERY old building with internet difficulties reaching the front of the building since it is a cement building... the cordless phones we received have had issues since day one, and were never actually properly installed. Your weave employee Joshua Thomsen called and helped me set up the phones, however, every time we were able to fix something, like putting the cordless phones in the correct locations, something else would fail, like the wrong phone was ringing or…

Online scheduling
I wanted to suggest to have the online scheduling time options be sync up with dentrix so that is recognizes apts that are scheduled on only offer what is available as opposed to depending on the patient selecting 3 available times.

allow tags to show up on the desktop client
it would be really great if I would not get huge pop ups about new features like actionable messaging, and then not actually get the update at all. Very frustrating for the end user.

AutoArchive
If a patient texts us that they are "here" during our text to check in process it appears in the actionable tab. When we reply "come in" it would be great if that thread would be Automatically Archived because we're essentially done with that thread at that time.

I would like our Fax to be encrypted when we send them out thru Weave. - for HIPAA compliance.

(1) Phone/Text indications with nothing new
Our Phone and Messages tab say (1) even when we have no new missed calls or unread text messages. I think this is a glitch.

Unhappy with services
The weave software is extremely frustrating. You have to contact support every time you need something changed or updated and we end up sitting on hold for over an hour before anyone picks up. The system needs to be made where we can customize emails, texts, ect. to our needs. We will likely be cancelling very soon.

when sending digital numerous form to patient's in a package there should be only one way for the patient to send it back to the office not numerous ways that's the whole purpose of the office sending it to the patient in a package so we get it back in the package.

Weave reminders
We send out reminders 7 days a week. We would like to set up the reminders to go out for Saturday and Sunday at 1 pm instead 8 am like we do for M-F

Birthday wishes
We think it would be a good idea to have the option to personalize the birthday wishes for patients. For example, adding a better picture, maybe animated, to show patients we care a bit more about their special day ! Thank you !
