Remove null from forms
Forms- it says "null" when a patient doesn't fill in a blank on our forms. Can it just stay blank and not say null?

Text-to-Pay Feature Addition
It would be able awesome to unlock the text to pay feature to allow us to send the link to an alternative number other than the cell phone number on file. To help us to get more payments from parents who forgot their wallets. Most times, if we have to update the number, it takes a while for it to update in the system, so the text-to-pay link does not work.

Files saving as PNG instead of JPEG
In the past week we have had an issue with downloading pictures from texting. In the past when we downloaded them they saved as jpegs. Now every single time we download them they save as png files, so we have to open them in paint and resave them as jpegs which is time consuming. This seemed to start sometime last week- not sure if it is from an update?

List of Failed Texts
It would be helpful to be able to view a list of all "failed" texts in a day (or specified time period). Especially in the case a mass outage like Weave had yesterday, it would make follow up so much easier when things are back up and running to have a list to work from of patients who need to be reached out to.

Hello!
In our office things can get very busy very fast and one of our top priorities is to be able to answer all calls, and if we miss them we call them back ASAP. That being said, when several patients are calling at once, I'm not always able to cut off the patient I'm speaking with to switch over to the other incoming call to place them on hold. Fix to opting out of text by cancelling appointment
Is there a way to add the “Cancel” to the line that states “Reply STOP to unsubscribe” so our patients understand that a response of “Cancel” will also unsubscribe? We do have patients who will only communicate through text and their voicemail is often full or not monitored. Once they respond “Cancel” (meaning they would like to cancel an appointment), we have basically lost communication with them.

State the fax size limit in Weave more clearly
In the fax section of Weave, it should say before anyone tries to drag and drop a pdf, jpeg, or png that the file limit is 25mg. Also, if someone tries to drag a pdf, jpeg, or png that is over 25mg, they should receive an error message that their file is too big.
This would've saved me time that I wouldn't have spent talking with support about why I couldn't fax a pdf. I compressed the pdf to around 12mg, and then it worked.

Preferred name for texts
In OpenDental we have a spot for the preferred name. It would be great to have the reminder texts use the preferred name instead.

Stop the confusing opt-outs!
Our patients do not understand now that when they reply to a confirmation message with the work "cancel," it opts them out of receiving future texts. This creates a problem for us. Can you please change this back to making the word "Stop" be the opt out?

Be able to click on the bar graph of the message queue to be able to view who the messages are being sent to, moved appointments etc.

"Park" clients on hold in order call received
Since getting Weave, we have unlimited phone lines and with the Covid-19 our office lobby is closed leaving all business to be conducted over the phone. Of course this leads to overwhelming call volume. Weave Locked Up Until Messages Ignored or Handled...TERRIBLE
Not being able to do anything else in Weave without first Ignoring or taking action on every message that pops up since the last time I have used Weave is entirely unhelpful. I would much rather just exit out of Weave and not use it at all than do deal with having it locked up until I deal with things from numerous other calls that come into our office, but don't actually involve anything I am working on and prevent me from working on the things actually related to my calls. home button covered in dentrix
The weave notifications does NOT work very well with Dentrix, it covers the "home" button in Dentrix and makes it very annoying and difficult to schedule + keep track of messages at the same time.

Stop the desktop app from automatically logging us out after X amount of time.

Pop up message
it would be nice if we could move around the pop up message alert instead of having it fixed in the top right or bottom right. We actually liked the old pop up system better but being able to change the location of the new one would make it better.

Update explanation
Periodically Weave installs an update. It would be nice if you sent or included a message on what the update was for. 90% of the time, it might simply be, "To fix some bugs that was discovered in the XYZ module", but it might be to add new features, such as, "Advanced filters added to automated recall." Just a simple note to know if we should explore anything new or not.
