  1. Text medical history

    We would like to see the ability of patients who receive a text reminder to also be able to complete new patient paperwork and or updated medical history be available included in the text as oppose to sending a patient a link to our website to complete the paperwork

  2. Messaging and Team Messaging

    A recent update has removed the date/time from older messages. That is very helpful to us to know if the communication was yesterday, two weeks ago, or last summer. Please add this back.
    Also, the Team Chat should have the feature of marking a message as unread. If a member of a team reads a message, but realizes someone else should respond, the message now just gets overlooked by appropriate team member.

  3. optimize timing of automated survey/follow-up messages to patients

    Our post visit surveys/messages are going out between midnight and 6 am. I don't know if this is the expectation, but patients don't like receiving messages at this time of night/day.

  4. Weave payment terminals

    weave payments - we should have the ability to have more then one payment terminal. For larger office having one at the front desk and one in the dispensary would be very helpful.

    While Weave has (historically) only provided a single terminal for free, you can purchase any number of additional terminals that you would like.

    There was an issue with payment notification emails occasionally being blocked or marked as spam by local carriers.  This should be resolved - please let us know if you notice any further issues.

  6. Texting Templates and Tags

    Give us more options for tags - or customizable tags, that way if there's an urgent one we're waiting to hear back or label it via person. It also helps because after Weave syncs with our PIMS, it doesn't tell us which phone number on file we're texting but rather just the client name. Sometimes, clients want both parties texted/updated. Same with the pre-text templates, I'd love more options to help us move faster.

  7. spelling correction

    Since the additional beta feature, TEXT CONNECT was added to the Web Assistant product, I went to our website where our patients can do their Appointment Scheduling OR text us through the "Text Connect" and noticed on the "Text Us' section at the bottom, the word RECEIVE is spelling incorrectly as Recieve, instead of Receive.

  8. Opt-out Keywords for Text Messaging

    Sometimes parents text the word "Cancel" in response to confirmation texts and we are finding that this is opting them out of receiving text communications from our office. The instructions say to text the word STOP. If the word Cancel is on that list of words to opt out as well, it would be helpful to have that removed, so that we can still text parents if they choose to cancel an appointment this way. Thank you!

    It would be great to send a statement along with the text to pay link. So they can see the statement and then make a payment.

  10. bugs

    When exiting Weave I click 'don't show me this again' but it keeps showing me the exit warning.
    Also, really don't like the team chat notification pop up. Two extra clicks every time we chat. The sound would be plenty with no visual popup at all.

  11. New Filter in Schedule

    The new update is frustrating! Especially when filtering providers in the schedule!!!! The filter gets undone when using the schedule to contact patients. It used to work just fine!

  14. Manual CC Payments

    We just signed up for the merchant services and to my dismay there is no way to manually enter a credit card payment without having to choose a patient file. This may be a deal breaker because who would want to enter a CC payment 10 times if its a bulk payment through insurance.

  16. copy and paste feature SMS

    Hey IT ppl, can you fix your copy and paste feature on your text messages, wherein we only want to copy a certain portion of the message and paste it onto another text message, but it copies the whole message instead of part of the text msg. We dont want to include everything on the previous message. Can you fix this flaw in your system? Thanks

  18. Windows app crashes, No Android Bluetooth!!

    Windows app almost always crash after Windows log back in, especially resume from hibernation.

    No Bluetooth for headset on Android APP!! This is a major deficiency!!

  19. Ability to save fax to computer

    In the future it would be great to see the ability of routing faxes to a "shared drive" rather than have them sitting in the Weave app. We are all accustomed to working from a shared folder, would be great if they auto populated there.
