Cover Sheet only
I would like to be able to fax the cover sheet only at times without attaching a document to the cover sheet. Sometime we are responding to contact lens verifications and there is no attachment to send, only a written message with the patient name and record number.

Options for wording on Missed Call Text based on office hours
Options for different missed call text wording based on time of day or "schedule" on phone system (closed for lunch or training or weekend, etc).
4 votesThis was released in December 2023! Go to Portal > Messaging > Auto-Messaging > Missed Call > use the Office Status filter. The filter options will update based on your Office Hours in Weave.

Opt out issue
When a patient opts out of texting by STOP, then Weave needs to No longer send them the missed call text when they miss a call. I have several patients that keep saying STOP every time we miss their call and it automatically sends the missed call text. They don't like that.

Online Webchat synced with the WEAVE text service
Could there be a way to just set up a text widget separate from the scheduling widget?
I would like to be able to have our team communicate easily with those reaching out via our website but not have to go through the setup of the scheduling widget.

Constant logging-in and being logged out - needs to stop
all the logging in - logging us out - having to log back in is awful! Now the new patient forms log us out of the main screen and we are logging in and out even more. This is making us look at other companies and we have stopped using weave in the back office as it is too hard to manage. Please fix this

Dynamic fields for Reviews
In the review message, it doesn't allow me to link my patients' names in the message. But the reminders do. Feels a bit wired. Maybe the development team can add this feature in.

4 votesWe moved several Reviews settings to Auto-Messaging (Portal > Messages > Auto-Messaging) and with this change there are several options available to you now!
- Flexible send time - send hours or days after the appointment start time at the interval of your choosing
- Filter review requests based on appointment type, appointment status, practitioner, and more
- Send a review request via email
- Add customization to your templates like First Name and Practice Name

Text Message list to open where you left off
Please fix the messaging screen. When you open an older msg and click back, it brings you back to the top of the list, instead of where you left off. Please fix this, or fix the issue where msgs are marked open when an automated msg is sent out!!

Go back to old format
Hi! We do not love the set up of the updated weave. I do not like how the unread section has been deleted, and it has been moved to actionable. It will say actionable even if we do not need to reply to, and it is confusing for messages we actually need to reply to. I prefer the old set up for weave.

Call Queue feature
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, we desperately need a call queue feature. We are spread very thin due to our high call volume. We are generally very pleased with Weave, but are looking for queue options.

Transfer Voicemail to Different Voicemail-Boxes
It would be great to be able to move voicemail messages to other voicemail-boxes. For example, if I have a voicemail in voicemail box 105, but it needs to go to a different person in the office, then I could transfer it to voicemail 107.

Inactive patients
It can be irritating that Weave does not let you pull up inactive people in the patient list. When reactivating patients it would be helpful to be able to pull up inactive patients as well.

Fillable PDFs not faxable?!
I see a similar request called "dynamic pdf" which I believe might be asking for the same feature but I believe a better description is needed. We learned the hard way that our faxes were all going out with blank text fields. Apparently Weave does NOT support fillable PDFs. This is pretty crazy as any office I have been in uses these types of PDFs. The recommend solution of printing the PDF (physically or digitally) then possibly scanning and then faxing the resulting PDFs is NOT a scalable process for a business.

Do NOT send messages to any number except cell phone!
The update where Weave will now attempt to text every phone number we have listed in our patient management system is absolutely HORRIBLE! Over the years, we have been informed of and honored out patient's privacy requests by moving their cell phone to the "Other" field (we have Dentrix) and now they are going to be receiving texts. This is the worst update you guys have ever put into place. The patients who don't want us texting them are usually rude to begin with so now this is going to cause a lot of upset. Expanding body of message
Hi, I'd like to request the feature to add in a way to expand the body of the text message so that's easier to reread longer messages.

Make faxes open full screen/bigger
Faxes open very small and requires multiple clicks and window adjusting to be able to read, they should open to a normal PDF size.

Allow filter of birthday texts to only active patient statuses
The birthday texts are not helpful because we can't filter to only our active patients. We don't want to text old and inactive patients and make them irritated.

Prioritizing earliest appointment times for confirmation texts
Please create a feature in the software that allows if a patient has more then 1 appointment in a day, albeit with multiple providers, that the EARLIEST appt. time will get the reminder text.
In the past we haven't had any issues with this, however, this week, a patient had an 8 am with a hygienist, then a 9 am with the dentist. He only received a reminder of the later 9 am appointment with the dentist.
He expected to see both, however, was extremely upset when he arrived and was told he had "missed his appointment time with the…

Select ALL Messages
We need to have a SELECT ALL button for the messages. We do not have time to sit and click thru all of our messages to delete. WE ARE MISSING VITAL messages from our patients. PLEASE MAKE ASAP.

Sort tags
Text message tags should be sortable.
As we add new tags and determine the best tag groups for our practice, it would be helpful to be able to sort the tags. Currently they are not alphabetical, or sortable, so the list is very disorganized.
I will have to delete all my tags, and re-instantiate them in order to fix this when the tags aren't being used (on a weekend).
This turns a minor tweak into a big project unecessarily.

Request to have rescheduled appointments still be sent an automated save the date reminder instead of creating new appointment
