Text window needs to stay open when phone rings
When we are texting a patient/replying to their message and the phone rings, the message we were writing goes away and the incoming call overrides the text. This is really, really annoying!! We have had patients start calling us because we didn't respond to the text fast enough because the window disappeared and we had to start all over again. The text window needs to remain open and not be effected by incoming calls or messages!!
15 votesIn this situation, the text message that was being composed is preserved in draft form, so you can return to the patient thread and finish after taking the incoming phone call.

Show Phone Number on Texting
I would like received messages to show the phone number from which it was sent to know what number to call or who is receiving the messages I send or when I need to call.

Text2Pay Templates
TEXT2PAY: I would like the option to edit the preset wording on the text. Currently is says Hi Jessica, this is Impressive Smiles. You have an outstanding balance. You can use this secure link to pay by credit card:" I think "you have an outstanding balance" is too harsh and would prefer the option to choose our own wording. I think "You have a new balance" sounds better. Since outstanding sounds like it is past due. It would be even better if we had a drop down with options to add how old the balance is "30/60/90 days past due"…

Fax file size
it would be great is we were able to send Faxes that are more than 25 MB because when we send medical records which can be anywhere from 10 sheets to 200 sheets of paper and that have to be grouped in one file because they have a notary stamp page with it.
it would be great if this system worked more in conjunction with WebPT for scheduling appointment reminders.
this system was suppose make office work easier but it has added a lot of steps compared to what we use to use especially in the faxing area. for example…

Creating departments within Weave for text messaging
We would like the ability to divide our office into departments within Weave:: scheduling, optical, and clinic. Right now, all text messages come into one inbox and it's really easy for the messages to get lost and go unread by the department for which they are intended. It would be great to create a username for each department, and then that username have access to only the text messages that they send/receive.
If it's not possible to sort the messages by individual login, maybe having the ability to sort the messages in folders would be ideal?11 votesWe handle two scenarios for inbox organization:
1) Specific department / phone number - this categorizes any message tied to a given phone number in an easy-to-filter set of messages.
2) Tags for message organization - this allows you to tag specific conversations and filter by tag. This is useful when you only have one texting number but still want to organize your inbox.

Ability to Edit Fax Directory
I love the new fax contacts, but unfortunately as I was putting in one of the contacts i added the wrong number. I contacted weave help to see if there was anyway to change the contact after it was created and Michelle informed me that it can not be changed right not and to submit feedback in hopes that it would be added soon. Please add editing or deleting current fax contacts! it would be extreamly helpful! Thank you

Also, we are currently testing out a prototype for Email Marketing filters. This feature will allow you to filter recipients by Insurance, Appointment type, Age (from a range), etc. If this is something you would be interested in testing out, please schedule a time on my calendar. Adding a Way to Manually Remove the "Unresponded To" Orange Dot from Texts
It would be super helpful to have a way to manually mark messages as "responded to" and remove the orange dot and take them off the actionable tab, so that if a customer just responds with "Thank You" we can remove the text from the actionable list.

print to fax/ word document to fax
We would like to see changes to the fax feature. Please add a contact list so we can quickly pull up the common fax numbers we use. Also, it would be helpful to use a print to weave fax feature so that we can finish a document and then it will pull up in weave fax to send. Or at least be able to send word documents instead of having to convert them to PDF.

Short-Call Patient list
We would love to have a "Short-Call List" feature. This customizeable list would be for the staff to input any patients who state that they would like to be seen sooner if possible than their scheduled appointment date. This would allow the front desk staff to quickly and easily access all of these patients right away and start contacting them if there is a last minute cancellation.

YEAR ON SAVE THE DATE
We are scheduling patients out 6 months and since the year is not on there the click to add to calendar is not putting in the months that are in 2022! We need this fixed ASAP! If a year tab could be added to our auto reminders and save the date texts that would be awesome! SOON PLEASE!!!
8 votesThis is now live! Go to Portal > Messages > Auto-Messaging > Select any Save the Date message type and you can add the Year field in the template near the bottom.
